For sure bro, MLS is come a long way. They stil l have work to do, but today I enjoy going to an MLS match 100 times more than say 5 years ago. They need to get on board and add promotion/relegation, change their calendar, and attract more high-quality players among other things.

No schedule change, I understand why you would say that in Orlando but no. Trust me you do not want to play games in Jan-Feb in Min., NE, Tor, Montreal, Col, etc... It would be hard to get that to work.

Hi Joaquin, that's a good point, for example, today's match up in Foxboro was rescheduled due to the weather, but even with bad weather and all in my opinion they should change it. First, it affects players on the US national team, since the league runs from March to November they are off while the rest of the world is playing and often some of the players have to go on loan in order to stay fit during the MLS off season. Also, hurts the US team from calling up players during the season as well. Not only that, the MLS playoffs are in November right when college football and the NFL are in full swing, if they had their playoffs in the summer they would probably get more viewers. I know the season would run a long with most of the major sports in the US, but at least the playoff wouldn't. Another thing to think about is how MLS clubs lose players mid season due to the international transfer market. If they were on the same calendar the MLS clubs wouldn't be affected so much. I know there are other factors such as stadium availability, tv deals and ratings etc, but I really think it will and should change in the future especially for the men's national team. The weather excuse is not justifiable in my opinion, soccer is played in cold weather all over Europe the same way NFL plays in the cold weather in the U.S. during winter.

MLS teams have been investing in their stadiums and other facilities like academy and training complexes mainly over the last 5 years. tons of beautiful stadiums have been opened and now that this ground work has been laid the league has started to focus on its on the field product

Absolutely under no circumstance should pro/rel be implemented here in the forseeable future. Unless you want to see the league and its clubs crumble. MLS is growing slow and steady as it has for the last 22 years. They're doing fine.

I agree 100%, I've been to several matches in Europe and the intensity is higher. For example, even in division II of German football the atmosphere was insane! Not to mention the first division. I had the pleasure of going to Borussia Dortmund - Bayern Munich match in Signal Iduna stadium and that was just on a whole different level! I actually had a video up on that, but took it down.
