Hey everyone! Welcome to Day 5 of our Orlando adventure. 🎢✨
Today, we had an action-packed day exploring both Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. First up, we checked out the new DreamWorks area in Universal, which is perfect for kids and kids at heart! Meeting the Shrek characters was an absolute highlight. 🧅🐉
We also caught the Bourne Stuntacular show-it's truly a must-see! The stunts and special effects were mind-blowing. 🤯🎬
Then, we headed over to Islands of Adventure and managed to ride the Hulk, which was thrilling as always. I finally got to conquer Dr. Doom's Fearfall! Last August, I couldn't ride it because I didn't fit, but I've since lost over 2 stone, and it felt incredible to achieve this goal. 💪🎢
After all the excitement, we made our way to Disney Springs for our reservation at the brand new Summer House restaurant. The theming is stunning, but the service was a bit too quick for our liking, and some of us didn't enjoy the food as much. However, we do head back here later on during our trip and we have a much better experience.
