Sheriff Judd is discussing the arrest of 32-year-old Ashauntie Cox of Orlando, who fled from a crash at a high rate of speed, then crashed again, ejecting two children (critically injuring them) and causing serious injuries to her adult passenger.
She was booked into the Polk County Jail and is being charged with:
• Three counts DUI with serious bodily injury (F3)
• Two counts negligent child abuse with great bodily harm (F2)
• Reckless driving (F3)
• One count DUI with property damage (M1)
• One count DUI (M2)
