It’s Friday after 10pm. You’re at a family party someone’s birthday/anniversary/graduation/etc. The backyard/front yard has a bunch of tables and chairs. You’re going through all the beer coolers searching for your 10th sprite. This song is playing loud af. You feel the bass running through your whole body, your ears ringing. You finally find the soda cooler and grab it. You run back to play with your cousins. Your mom sees you and says you’re leaving soon. You ask if you can stay the night with your cousins and she says you have to ask your tio and tia. Your tio is slumped over with all the other tios from too many tequila shots. You know if you ask him he’ll say yes but then you’ll be stuck with them the rest of the night trying to lecture you about life. You see your tia by the food packing up to go plates for everyone. You run over and ask and she says “of course mijo.”You tell your mom and she says fine. You run back to your cousins room where everyone’s playing Nintendo 64 and those who aren’t are messing around or talking. Life is good.
I can program my fire alarm system to play something when it goes off and I chose this to play So when the house burns down we can get lit while it burns
The spanish parties: your drunk relatives trying to get you to dance, your younger cousins and siblings running around playing, the hispanics trying to yell over the music laughing like maniacs
Bruh it’s always this song that they play when they notice people start leaving ✋😭 like I’ll be halfway out the door and then this shit comes on and I’m like “DAMNIT” and make my way back to the dance floor 😩
It must be so awesome to be a Latino. I'm literally listening to this on loop. Had a bad day but this always cheers me up! Greetings from India. Latinos know how to enjoy. 😭❤
Giovanni Arroyo Well im not latin but i grew up near a small town & i went to highschool with all of them so i basically adapted their culture & what not which i love.
@Antti Heusala LOL you sound like a clown. Just because a person comments on you tube does not mean they are looking for attention. Some people just enjoy talking to others & having fun. I don't need No Damn attention with My Husband & Four Kids. But you clearly are seeking some attention Zangano.
You ain’t got to be Hispanic to love this shit, takes me back to my childhood partying it up with the Hispanics and Latins I miss my friends damn🥳🥳💃🏾💃🏾
Bruh, I heard this at my afterschool party before we got out for spring break and some Latino guy was jamming out to this and everyone decided to join in as well then the party was lit af thank god for Latinos and music like this 😂👌🔥🔥🔥
this songs was played in the early 1990 the thing that was popular was page beeper , especially drugs dealers so dominicans made a song about it . dominicans are black and they have african beats in their music and all spanish music from colombian to puertorican.
@318tangie while I agree with you in some way, it's not completely true. It has a portion of origin from Africa but also from Europe, Asia, and Native American. Do you know how extensive the Latin Hispanic music genres is? Vallenato is a perfect example, you need European, African and Native American instruments to create it. One Love.
This takes me back to the late 90s in Los Angeles when I had my whole family together for Christmas. Everyone would be dancing. Now all are dead or living their own lives doing their own thing. I will never be able to experience those days again but it’s ok I appreciate the memories.
im puerto rican and y'all saying this is a Puerto Rican song are wrong lmao its Merengue and Merengue is DOMINICAN. but this song is a *BOP* i love it so much
There is a rumor that this song was played on my first birthday. But even if that doesnt prove much, almost every hispanic party will have this song. If not, its not a real hispanic party.
Faith Collins how can he be mexican and white? lol you can only be one thing.. you dad has the seed.. so let’s try again.. if your father has mexican in him, what is his fathers nationality?
