@@Xinneon power scale differs in every anime, doesn't have to be the same power scale to be worse/better. For example, in my Hero Academia no character would stand a chance against the weakest character from dbz, yet its still a lovable anime
@@Xinneon How is he weak?? lol he survived all antagonists that came after him and continues to live on. That is what I would call true strength! Immortality was one of his ultimate goals and he achieved it!
Orochimaru had the Sharingan, in fact, he had at least half a dozen Sharingan eyes that he implanted into Danzo. The thing that he wanted was an Uchiha body, because as shown throughout the series, people implanted with dojutsu eyes can't utilize them to the extent of those they originally belonged to, as well as being a member of that clan. Kakashi couldn't turn the sharingan off, and couldn't use susanoo. Ao also couldn't turn the byakugan off. Both wielders couldn't use dojutsu for long periods of time without becoming dangerously exhausted. Kakashi especially was shown to be laid up for long periods of time after using the sharingan too much, or using the magenkyo sharingan for a short period of time. Even with orochimaru also giving Danzo hashirama's cells to augment his abilities, Danzo still had to keep the sharingan eyes sealed, which really shows the limits of a non-uchiha wielding sharingan eyes.
@@GGigabiteMWhaaaaaat? Someone who actually understands this?? Also you couldnt create the mangekyou. Danzo had the one he "borrowed without asking" from Shishui.
@@r0yce A non-uchiha owner can most definitely awaken the magekyou sharingan, as Kakashi did. The trigger is the same as a regular uchiha. Both Obito and Kakashi awakened it at the same time when Rin died. Danzo didn't need to awaken it, because Shisui already did that. Danzo did need to learn how to turn it on and off though, because keeping magekyou sharingan activated uses an enormous amount of energy, which can lead to the user's death. (Kakashi died saving Choji by overusing Kamui.) Danzo was using kotoamatsukami during the 5 kage conference, which requires magekyou form, but during his later fight with Sasuke, he was shown to have reverted Shisui's eye back to regular sharingan.
Skeletor with that theme feels fitting design wise but would be weird character wise. Just imagining him speak with his corny voice while this music plays makes me want to burst in laughter
He literally placed a self destruct device in Mitsuki on the event some information is leaked, and he clearly knows more about the Otsutsuki than he's letting on. He's just more... reserved in Boruto, he changed his approached and he's not going nuts anymore because he's being watched. But Konoha is going to be destroyed (again) so I wonder what an unsupervised newly empowered Orochimaru will be? Orochimaru is being more subtle in Boruto. Plus if you listen to the lyrics they translate to Hindi, and they present an sort of allegory that means basically; to keep your true plan a secret, and if anyone else knows it ruin the flavor of that plan. Kishimoto also said Orochimaru is the embodiment of evil, so even if he's playing nice now, that's all he's doing. Seeing Kabuto fail like that made him change his approach, but his goals are still the same.
@@threat3071 No he wasn't.. He turned original Naruto into a horror show though.. He was the highlight of the chunin exams tbh. I really really respect him as a villain but he didn't do shit in Naruto Shippuden.
Voldemort:"I was able to gain immortality by splitting my soul 7 times, and putting a piece of it in various objects. Also I gave all my followers my dark mark,so I could control and keep an eye on them" Orochimaru:"LMAO...oh such an amateur. I guess you never thought about combining the two,and putting a piece of yourself in the dark marks you branded on your followers eh?That way you can only truly die if all your followers die as well Voldemort: "......SON OF A......" Orochimaru:"Kukukukukukuku"
well the story does change as it's being written. Kishimoto didn't know EVERYTHING that he was going to write back then. Kakashi also collapsed after first round with Zabuza due to using so much chakra. later on he has chakra for days though.
He would have been a fantastic final villain, if he finally managed to snag a sharingan. Unfortunately the whole show started to obsessively revolve around the edgelords who won the genetic lottery with their bullshit eyeballs
@@DrMrPersonGuy for real. Man this series has a lot potential to be more complex and more compelling. imo the series started to fall down when the shippuden happen, it all revolves in uchiha (sharingan) and the tailed beasts (akatsuki etc.). i miss the days when rock lee was bustin everyone, but got nerfed later on.
@@raikiri4244thats why people dont like christians, im a christian myself and i dont wine in the internet about "you using lords name in vain" and things like that, that's just sad really.
Let me just remind yall that the 3rd Hokage Held orochimaru's soul in the death reaper seal for more than 3 episodes along with a sword through his heart
The lines we hear at 1:26 are inspired from the Hindi movie NAADANIA released in 1983. There was a song named "Dil ki khamoshiyo se baat na kar" composed by Sir Hariharam.
“There probably isn’t any meaning in life. Perhaps you can find something interesting to do while you are alive. Like how you found that flower. Like how I found you.” - Orochimaru
Man went from the main villain that turns naruto to a horror story, with the best soundtrack, a child abductor, a murderer, to help revived the hokages and win the ninja war, and now become a mom/dad that teach their child about morals and friendship. What an absolute win for this mad man.
@@UltimateGamerCCI think when you try to destroy a village, kill your good hearted former mentor, kill another village leader to manipulate said village to go to war with another village, kidnapped who knows how many people, including children, to either use as pawns or experiments, wear other people as a meatsuit to prolong your lifespan, and kill and ruin the lives of countless innocents, all for the entirely self serving desire to cheat death, you're officially a villain so matter how you slice it.
@@turkeysgotmorecloutthanyou weird that all orochimaru got was a slap on the wrist y'know after mutilating hundreds of innocent people, using kids as test subjects, killing his own comrades.
"Maybe, just maybe, there is no purpose in life... but if you linger a while longer in this world, you might discover something of value in it." - lord orochimaru
That quote is actually kinda inspiring and is a good life lesson. Just shows what an awesome character Orochimaru is. He may be a villain but he has something that drives him that makes him better than soooooo many other villain in anime and other forms of entertainment.
1:25 this is when i first heard this theme when kakashi sealed the curse mark of sasuke. The entry of orachimaru made kakashi feel scared was the best moment .
@@lari7409 Honestly, zabusa was never scary, yes he was cool and had that feel of brute force for him, but Orochimaru, Bruh, in the beginning of Naruto every scene that had Orochimaru had my heart pumping, and send chills in my body, you never know what's gonna happen with Orochimaru, the way he walked, talked, carried himself, the way he acted, didn't say that he can take on 4 tails, kill the third, fuck up Sasuke, fight Itachi, make human experiments, the dude was a literal Sociopath walking around that made the watcher on the edge of his seat when he showed up, all the other villains in Anime can be forgotten but no matter what Anime you watched if you ever saw Naruto, Orochimaru will always be in you memory, one of the few best villains in Anime.
@@abdes6234 absolute facts. no villain even comes close to the terror that was orochimaru. idk how the creators learned how to instill fear through a fucking cartoon LMAO
I mean, Zabuza was a good sneak peak into the darker side of the shinobi world; he served his purpose as a starter villain. But Orochimaru, he gave us front seat tickets to one hell of a show. And Kakashi wasn't there to cover the kiddies' eyes this time, scarring all of us for life.
@@gamingdemigodxiii5630 And seeing Kakashi so scared for the first time and using Lightning blade when Orochimaru just took a step forward showed how strong he used to be (Kakashi trying to seal Curse mark part). Such an amazing villain he was. Sad that he was nerfed down and changed as a character.
I would be so down for that, a like horror style show with just all the unethical stuff that Orochimaru gets up to, like they are such a cool character and i wish we got to see more of the stuff they get up to.
Somehow I think 649 survivors is a big number for Orochimaru's experiments. When his tests failed the person he was testing the experiment on almost always died with few exceptions. I'd say a big part of that number is people who know someone he kidnapped.
yup, it sounds sad too, hinting at his hidden sadness, for he is the way he is, because the ninja world is cruel and unforgiving, so he chose to be like it. in the end all he wants is to learn and study jutsu, preserve it, to hell with it being taboo, nothing is forbidden in the sake of knowledge.
Remember the entry and the terror of OROCHIMARU during chunin exam was something else.... Even MADARA 's terror as villain was nothing compared to OROCHIMARU...
@@ChiseledAdonis you're also not an Adonis or chiseled That's what really pisses me off. You're like an old school wrestler that has fabulous or dashing in their names. Go back to the 80's boi. Gorgeous George is the best example of you

1:36 I hear a Line In Hindi thats says "Dil ki Khamishiyo se, baat na kar" This has made it even more creepier and scary now that i have Heard it. A Japanese Anime Soundtrack using Hindi Lines in Background music 🎶 And many More Concepts like Asura and Indra were taken from indian Mythology, thats shows how well researched are the bases of the Legendary Anime.
@@lune5289 I like Orochimaru and his entire persona of being a wild card that nobody saw coming or even someone that Kakashi was scared of. However, with a villain like Uchicha Madara, the name itself is power. The entire 4th war started because everyone was convinced that he had returned from the dead and had 7 tailed beasts. Not to forget, the majestic flame, the mangekyou sharingan, the susanoo and the asteroid summoning, Madara was the GOAT who was unstoppable if he wasn't backstabbed by black zetsu. Simply put, Madara is a villain that inspires more villains.

@@DjWolfz001 countless experiments on young children, killing them in the process, and almost killing Naruto, Sasuke and Sakura in the forest of death.
He’s more of a neutral character now, remember when he reanimated the hokages he didn’t care if Sasuke used them to destroy the village. He’s more interested in research and his “son” rn as well as watching Sasuke grow from afar.
We knew Kakashi to be fearless and a truly strong ninza but seeing him getting scared by Orochimaru was a completely breathtaking moment, no villain in Naruto will ever be as scary as Orochimaru....
While Madara, Pain and Itachi were goated villains, they never really felt like villains. But Orochimaru on the other hand is literally the embodiment of pure evil and corruptness.
@@raihanbaid367 But Orochimaru literally tried to sneak attack Itachi and lost his hand, Akatsuki membership, and dignity for it... And he was only that lucky because he attempted it in a sneak attack while Itachi's back was turned.
I watch anime for around 15 years and still haven't heard a villain's theme better than this one. So mysterious, creepy, dark and tense at the same time, and this perfectly describes Orochimaru as a character (at least in season 1). What and absolute banger.
When I was watching Naruto for the first time I was like "Damn, how strong is this guy?". He defeated Hiruzen, destroyed Konoha and fought against Jiraya and Tsunade at the same time and won. He was the craziest and best written villain in the Naruto verse who was actually evil
Ngl i hated this mf for resurfacing the jutsu for making the legendary shinobis come back from the grave but he was an excellent villain especially in the og Naruto and not to mention he held his own against a 4 tailed beast Naruto in Shippuden too which Jiraiya had to survive with a fatal wound.
@@ShivaanshPrasann orochimaru's a bit of a goof in shippuden. That's why i wrote "naruto's" orochimaru, ie, the orochimaru that we got to see in the chunin exams arc
I love how this guy actually just solved immortality. Also, how he essentially just got bored of being the bad guy and decided to be a good guy for kicks
tbh i feel like Orochimaru might be the final villain even in boruto because he might create some experiment that makes him insanely and even though hes good he will always seek power
i got so hype and on edge everytime i heard orochimarus theme i was expecting it in shippuden but i noticed it chaged 😔 i still like to sing along to it lol
