Oropesa del Mar is one of my favorite cities in all of Spain. Think Hermosa or Dockweiler Beach in Los Angeles but cleaner and way less people.
Sunny Spain 🇪🇸 has been a popular option for many Americans (including this one 🙋🏽♂️) because it offers all the things you want from a place you are fhinking of calling home.
Safety- way safer than fhe US. No mass shootings here, no random killings of innocent people. No gangs fighting for turf, no organized crime. Its one of the safest countries in the world.
Economically advantageous- Look you are coming with your American Money. Americans get paid more on average so as a remote worker you can excell here.
Great Weather- It’s basically California, with the South being pleasantly warm and the North is warm in summer and cold in winter.
CHEAP Real Estate Market- You will find home and apartment prices to be way cheaper when compared to American hot spots like LA, Miami and New York. Penthouse in Oropesa costs €180,000. You will never find that anywhere in LA.
🇺🇸 As a native Angeleno I can tell you LA is overrated, overpopulated and unforgiving. It’s a place where dreams die, families are stressed and overworked. And nobody has time for anything because everyone is stuck in traffic.
🇪🇸Oropesa is the complete opposite. Life here is relaxed, calm and inexpensive. You can actually save money to purchase even more real estate. Great place to make yiur dreams of living leasurliy come true. You dont have to be rich like in Miami or New York.
