If you have a jar that seals very tightly you can heat water & put it in the jar & hold it against Grandma's back. It will help the back pain she has. Don’t get it too hot. She needs to rest for a few days so she doesn't really have a more serious back problem. I have back pain so I feel bad for her. Maybe you can buy a hot water bottle. Grandma needs a mattress to sleep on. The bamboo bed is not too good for elderly people. Or for Thanh. Hopefully the you tuber of this channel will do the right thing and purchase a mattress , which I think is not all that expensive.
