I really like how this series takes a completely different approach on “evil corporation only using protagonist as a weapon cliché.” They really wanted to turn Zetman into a old fashion Superhero, It’s like Vought from The Boys, but their intentions are pure, while Zetman is essentially Homelander gone right.
If you haven't watched through Tokyo ghoul and Tokyo ghoul: re, I think you'd like it. It explored the same idea but shows how both sides of the war are right and wrong in different ways. Even oat tries to hit the same chords in the end but tokyo ghoul does it better...
i like how this ended but killing his crush who was his love of his life was cold blooded but jin knows that it wouldn't bring her back as he finally killed the man that toyed with the ppl he loved the most and continue to fight for the ones he sworn to protect even the woman that took him in as a child. JIN THE TRUE HERO AND A HEART OF GOLD
Zetman, especially the manga, is one of the best adult action thrillers. The characters are so grounded in reality. I'm really sad the manga ended on a cliffhanger and was not continued. One of the top mangas to read certainly.
Just finished the manga & it’s kinda weird that they left so much out from the source material. Some of the chapters were “f*cked” for a lack of better words but I read this right after Berserk so it wasn’t too far off.
Zetman is definitely a manga that has amazing art and a story that draws you in. The anime is decent but I recommend reading the manga if you want a bit of a more luxurious experience.
In the future to come in that so called Capcom/DC/Shonen Animated Universe I hope to create. I can see a variety of different ways I could mix Devil May Cry, Resident Evil, and Zetman in one convoluted storyline.
from all of this what i can get is that kanoha is ball of trouble maker, she has a lot of chance returning that damn necklace but ended up getting tricked by fake instead, then she hiding ignoring people who worried about her causing more trouble. also there is huge forced plot that somehow kuga point his gun to jin out of nothing... so jin can become THE old fashion super heroes that work in the dark thingy. really...
Zetman. This anime is just called Zetman. (I had to Google it and figured that I wouldn't be the only one checking the comments for the name of this anime.)
I got this series yonks ago because of a vid like this, could have been from this channel, I've forgotten. I like the ending to it and the action, for whatever reason it gives me ultraman vibes. I wish it was longer, but I can take what I can get, I enjoyed it. Hated the opening theme tho that's one bad thing I can say about it
