Ortho Home Defense Insect Killer with Comfort Wand 

I love the product, but this new wand is not working out. Everything is turned on , but there is nothing coming out the sprayer. Thank you for making the video though.

No reasonable person should expect any type of bug (ants and roaches) to go away when they have wood decay fungus around the perimeter of their castle. They like dat shit!

This video could have been 10 seconds long. What you're looking for is at 2:00. You push the gray tab up on the wand trigger. Completely counterintuitive.

Yes that stuff does work it only cost $9 at home Depot I had to use the whole bottle overnight I got to go get another one that's what sucks living in apartments not every room gets done

Turn the button on the cap to ON. Gee, okay. It has a turn thing on the sprayer head to turn to ON, I didn't realize it had TWO on switches. You've save me frustration and I don't even feel silly to search for a video that'd tell me what I did wrong! Thank you!!

You need to point out that the batteries can be replaced in the wand. And pay attention to how they go in because they don’t have markings on them. They go in with one pos facing up. It is on the one on the right if you are looking at it with the 1 lone battery at 12:00. Thanks. I know you could see this when removing the old ones, but mine feel out before I got to see them in.

How good does it work on roaches

I have bought this product twice in the past couple of years. Fool me once shame on you, fool me the second time shame on me. The first container's "reusable wand" worked for about 5 minutes, putting out a very weak stream of product (I thought it maybe had a prostate problem).. I checked the unit all over and even changed the battery but after that first 5 minutes it went totally dead. I had to transfer the balance of the contents to a small pump air sprayer to use it up. Stupidly I bought another gallon container the following year but again, I had the same results with the wand. It certainly is a POS and won't be fooled again. "Reusable wand" is certainly a false label for this container. In neither purchase did I retain the receipt and although the second one was bought online thru amazon there was no way I'd be able to return it to the thru shipping a hazardous product.

HI Internet guy, I am a New York resident live in a small stuido apt I am having for some reason an explosion of roaches. I dont know where they are coming from. Last night I was laying on my bed wathing I think that movie Aliens from the 80s and I felt something on my leg it was a big ol roach..so now they are on my bed....does this work for roaches? I heard you say only ants. N my thought was too spray this on my door and along the base boards ... to make a shield .... thanks

So I bought the same product and used it in my bathroom I was wondering if it worked in your bathroom and if so how long was your bathroom ant free? If I have a roach problem and pour this down the drain…could it work? 😅

Maybe someone already mentioned it, but this appears to be a newer version. On the one I have there is no "Lock, Unlock" option on the container cap. You did not point out that there is a setting on the tip of the wand where you have an "Off" marking and the On does not have text that says "on", it just shows a spray symbol. Unfortunately, my older version has an inferior swivel that has worn out with just little use. The tank is still 80% full. I struggled using screwdrivers, hammer, etc. to get the swivel to stay in place. For now, I have it is the "use" position. I'm afraid to put it on off position as it might pop out again. I installed new batteries, I hear the "buzzing", but after numerous attempts, I'm unable to get the liquid out.

Thanks for the vid. I keep wondering if (logically) one should hold the bottle upside down as there's no straw leading down into the bottle like normal spray bottles have. I wonder how it sucks up the liquid from the top. Maybe there's a straw built in, inside? I don't know. Anyway, for your ant problem... all you need is Borax (from laundry isle of your store) and powdered sugar. Mix 1/2 and 1/2, put on something (I use a lid from some food container, like margarine or something, something with a low lip so ants can get right over it to the good stuff). They are drawn to the powdered sugar of course, take it back to their nest (if they make it back) and your ant problem will go away pretty fast. Don't leave it accessible to pets (obviously). I have cats, I used to put it down at night when they couldn't get to where I put it. My parents had a big ant problem in many areas of their house, and I stayed there after they were gone, and even put one of these up on a counter they would frequent. Not a problem, they came, they ate, and they died. They had store bought ant traps, that apparently did pretty much nothing as far as I could tell.
