I'm already getting this for almost 1 week and suprisingly..it doesn't hurt at all for me😳 Update:I already wear braces for around 1 month..and it doesn't at all..i didn't regret wearing it💙
I have 4 of them.. 2 above and 2 beloww... Its hurtiinngg badllyy when i drink cold water or brushing my teeth or eatingg something.. Because of that i can't eatt anythingg... Its only 2 days that i put them.. I hope it will not give me pain in some days or else i wouldn't be able to eat any thing
i done it 2 days ago, my tongue hurt badly, red, swollen, can't chew on that side, i even feel pain on my front neck, under jaw. hope it's getting better 😢 brush teeth straight after eat, mouth wash make me feel little bit beter ( or salt water)

Mine have been pushed in too deep into my gums and the gum above it bleeds a lot when u brush, what should i do? My orthodontist only put these bands on my molars and hasnt got around to putting all of my braces on, as of corona. What should i do? My orthodontist is closed, is there a way i can take it off of my tooth? Or should i put wax?
Loltigercute the same thing happens to me like i said and do what i said in true other comment but i have taken it off now and it has made no problem it just might bleed a little for a few day’s when you brush but try contact your orphodontist but if they aren’t open try your dentist they might be able to do something about it
I have 4 of them and the 2 which are on the upper side they seem to come out, is this normal? Or should I get it checked, like they come out with a toothpick even with my finger nail but the 2 down they don't do the same and are glued on tight
I got this elastics like a day ago and its hurts so much i cant chew…my third and seventh tooth hurt so bad on both sides is that normal? I can feel like they’re moving they feel loose

did you find out which it was? i had one fitted 6 months ago and i'm in a lot of pain right now. not sure if its the band or if my wisdom teeth as the tooth with the band is the very back one.
Recently a week ago get my braces four to five days after braces Get molar bands on all my four molar teeth. three still ok But the fourth tooth is shaking a lot. and paining a lot what do i do in this situation

I had one of 4 of these when I had the herbst appliance. I thought I had a cavity so I went to my dentist. She said it was a stain from the metal bands and there is nothing they can do.
I have this blue band thing stuck in my gum, I dont know what it is. I think it might be a peice of the blue rubber circles that might e ripped off. It hurts, what should I do?
I got mine stuck some hours ago...havent stopped crying since thenn....hurting bleeding dying..its night so cant even go to dentist...can i know how long you had to keep those blue rubber before getting braces? It has been a month still they didnt remove it. Only removed from one tooth and put that crown only on one tooth..but left the rest the same way.. is that how it's supposed to be? Or is my dentist bad :)?
I have got my braces off after 2 yrs. But the gap around the molars due to band is there and it's annoying when food get in gaps. How do i get rid of those gaps
There is gap around the molars because the spacers couldnt do their job properly and your teeth had to be sliced to put the molar bands on them. This is permanent.
my braces checkup be like: gets bands and wires off like normal finds out i have 2 missing brackets gets etched and almost gags waits 10 minutes for an ortho finds out i have another missing bracket gets 2 of the brackets on ends up putting a metal band on one cries finds out they pushed it up too high cries again they take it off cries they put it back in then they put my wires in 😇
@mentalpatient1 I only have braces for a year now and I just got my molar bands. I do think what you’re experiencing is supposed to happen, it’s aligning your teeth slowly. The situation of my teeth was so bad that the alignment changed within 5 or 6 months. If you have any concerns, be sure to ask your dentist, I’m sure they are willing to answer your questions 👍. Also, idk if the process will be the same for you, but whenever a small gap opened, they placed the “power chains” to close it, they’re just braces but stronger and made of rubber and are only placed temporarily. Maybe your dentist will add power chains in your next visit?
I got them yesterday, and next week I'm going to get my braces. For me, its not painful till now but the only concern is that my right side tooth in which I have this, when I close my teeth it touches my down tooth, which makes it uneasy, as its metal but on left it's doesn't hurt my tooth. Please let me know what should I do, I'm going to consult my doctor but just wanted to know. Does this happens?
Spacer hurt more on capped teeth. I had 4 and days 2,3 & 4 were horrible but The metal bands are horrible I’m biting metal and one I feel my spit and air under the band like if there is missing glue. I think mine were done wrong 😢

Why my dentist didn't shape it to the shape of my tooth 😭 it's just stay round and the glue always loose so I need to put it back by myself everytime I eat and that's so hurt 😭
