Mai pehle assessment karke note karta hun aur fir treatment/ exercises karta hun. Magar, ab 13 years k expereince k baad, aajkal pehle assessment and treatment, bad me written work karta hun.

Why don't you mentioned the history of pain (onset, nature, aggravating & releasing factors, 24hrs pattern, other areas of pain that also hurts along with present symptoms) , Medical & surgical history, severity & irritability factors etc ???? Associated bodily symptoms like - sleep cycle, working nature, food habits, any GI symptoms or bowel symptoms like - constipation, mental health etc everything need to be asked in subjective history . As because your history taking helps you to understand about your diagnosis by 80% & remaining 20% your physical or objective examination. You have talked about "Sciatica" symphony, do you know there are 80% - 90% sciatica problem starts with sacrum dysfunction !!! So here in this case the asking history about buttock symptoms or pelvic symptoms are highly important specially transitional activity history.
