Why is a outside doctor even giving his opinion. He wasn't there he didn't even work on the finger so his assessment can't even be considered in this case..

Johnny is a guitarist- I've known that since 80- 90's. When I heard his middle finger was severed, I directed a prayer, sort of, for him. Some dumbell broke the two longest fingers on my Left Hand in 8 places. Pins everywhere for months, rehab- 6mo. but I happily went through it because the Left hand is THE hand for right-handed guitarists. Very happy it was your right, if it Had to be one, me bud. We exchanged e-mails about 1-2 years ago. I'm on yer side...been there. seen it - and in our world, What some of these women do it is not normal.

There were MULTIPLE broken alcohol bottles in testimony by JD’S lawyer today. Isn’t it possible Amber threw a bottle that was ALREADY broken at Johny’s hand resulting in severing the tip of his finger by the sharp edges of a prior broken bottle?

oh i see. based on other video titles, i thought this doctor was supposed to be amber's surgeon, ie he treated her. not an outside orthopedic surgeon testifying to jd's injuries. odd that no doctors were ever called to the stand that may have treated amber for her numerous injuries to which she testified...a broken nose does not heal on its own, at least not as well as amber's appears to have healed.

If I remember correctly they had to replace the bar? The bottle could have impacted the finger FROM THE SIDE (as specified), impacting both bar and finger; breaking a chip from the marble & forcing the marble shard up, into & THROUGH his FINGER, as the bottle crushed down on the finger.

I've been following this case from the start. Started watching today's court hearing at home but now need to leave and I was hoping to pick up where I left off on court tv live on RU-vid but unfortunately this is not live. This is almost 2 hours behind. So disappointing. However, I do have to say this orthopedic doctor is a maroon.. clearly from the shatter of the bone on the tip of the finger he was struck from the top and side also, most wine/liquor bottles have labels. Isn't it fair to say that a label can keep intact some fragments of the shattered glass from flying thus causing minimal other injuries that this doctor claims "HAD" to happen because there would have been more shattered glass that would most definitely caused other injuries. But, there would be minimal injury if the label held back flying fragments and its possible that the label itself could have held the important piece of glass in the perfect angle causing the glass to be in the perfect alignment that would inevitably be responsible for the slice.

so johnny Depp had his finger chopped of by a broken bottle and Amber was assaulted with a vodka bottle...there is reasonable doubt on both incidents

Ole Johnny was slamming doors again during a coke fueled rage and cut his finger off, even texted he cut his own finger off and now is lying about it.

If his finger was slightly in the side it could have crushed without damaging the nail. Also if the bottle went to just the tip of the nail then it's possible the glass was far enough not to cut.

This trail has been better than a lot of dramas 😂

The Dr is basing his OPINION on his experiences... How many patients have had their fingers crushed the way Johnny's was compared to doors? A freak injury caused by a FREAK!! His hand was curled over the bar edge creating tension and that led to the crushing injury. Johnny's team could have demonstrated that for the jury.

I’ve had the tip of my finger ripped off when it got wedged in a log splitter. Just listening to them talk about this literally makes me sick to my stomach. Really gotta feel for Johnny having to relive this and look at the pictures. It’s not a fun time Edit: perfect follow up lol. He said these injuries may be a result of getting pinched between two logs in the fireplace. No, I HIGHLY doubt that. Yes, he’s been a doctor for many years, and I’ve been loading firewood in fireplaces for many years. Maybe that can cause this injury, but to say a thrown vodka bottle doesn’t have the same kind of force as that is ridiculous.

I think this expert is not credible enough. Being a doctor myself, surgeons are not qualified enough to find out out the cause of injuries, except forienseic experts. He may be a good orthopaedic surgeon but orthopaedic surgeons are primarily qualified to deal with giving treatment and surgeries and not finding the cause of injuries. Primarily this is a job a foriensic expert.

It seems to me that no matter how good/expert they're witness are, they can't make a SOLID testimony that the JD team cannot disintegrate. Or maybe they are NOT A PROFESSIONAL LIAR as AmberTur(] 🤪🤪🤪

I find it highly insulting that this doctor is discounting Johnny injury. Injury don’t need to follow a certain behavior for an occur. I have a spinal cord injury that cause me to be in a wheelchair, but I wasn’t injured an accident. You see how that works. I got sick and my spinal cord was cut off of air for a while, my spinal cord is injured without an injury.

Camille, you are kicking a$$! Anyone in the medical field, as myself, can attest that there are fluke accidents that are unbelievable unless personally witnessed. One cannot give a true testimony unless he was an active participant, not just an observer. Come on now! This doctor is a man of science, he should know better.

The tip of his safe caught his finger ,upon shutting, couldn't get it out, so he pulled it out by force while high not even realizing, why was he in the safe to pay off his drug dealers, where was amber sedated in her room a sleep the bottle was broken during the fight ,the same bottle they pictured on the table before the fight,the same bottle he shoved into her feminine pelvic area the same bottle viewed on the floor broken with her blood from her injury he inflicted. I my self witnessed 3 rich dudes slam the tip of their finger in their safe door upon closing while drunk or high

At this point the jury wants to know how he really cut of the tip of his finger since it's not a clear cut but a crushed cut as crushed then pulled away from the object causing the crush! More than likely he was high having a door slamming fit caught tip of finger maybe in safe door Stuck then pulled away not even knowing it was caught on the lip of a safe door!! That's what exactly happened, Ask him if he has a safe what types how many
