Hey folks, in this video I am reviewing the Fuel Pack top tube bag from Ortlieb and wether zippers or magnets are the better.

Thank you for pointing out these design flaws. I almost bought this bag to carry a point and shoot camera on my rides. The new Tailfin tube pack is similar in design but seems to address some of the issues you mentioned.

Sorry I meant the tt bag from "CycLite", which I find has a unique designed flap which opens to the back revealing everything inside and making access easier. But the one from Tailfin looks great too!

Is that the Ritchey Venturemax handlebars? I've actually been looking at the WCS version for my gravelbike. Do you like them?

A question regarding the stem: How would stem straps be an advantage over the Ortlieb Fuel Pack when the stem constantly moves/rotates while steering?

Hi, well it's true that the stem moves. I should have specified: I meant the shaft of the fork. That also rotates but at least, because it is round, only around its own axis and a strap would be helpful because when riding whilst standing up and having the bag filled up it does tend to move side to side, quiet a lot as is the case with any tt bag and a strap would prevent that...

@@jeremyw.465 Hi, thanks for the reply! That's the reason why I connected my Ortlieb Fuel Pack with the screws and small plates to the frame which hold it quite nicely in place (compared to the alternate straps).

True! I think the price not not particularly high since other tt bags from other brands come in at similar prices but the bag is also not very different from the ones from other brands. As of late the tt bags from Tailfin, which a fewer pointed out in the comments, are looking very promising to me without having had a look at them in person. Hope I could help! ;)
