This video is the best I saw 👍 I get the same laser engraver 3 days ago. The first day was pretty good but later...mass with settings. I was so sad till I found your video presentation. great video, for stainless steel you should try the LF with black paint or marker, it works better, that bare metal reflects light and you lose power there
Several of us in my grroup of friends use the laser cutter for cutting out white 3mm acrylic panels, painting them black, and then "engraving" off the black paint where the panel lettering goes. How well do you think this unit will do cutting the plastic and then burning off the paint? Thanks for another great review.. BTW, you have a growing fan-base on the San Francisco area.
Greg, thank you for your kind words, hello to San Francisco from Hungary :-) It can cut only black (or dark color) acrylic. Transparent not at all. I already tried in previous laser engraver review to paint the transparent acrylic, and cut it, but without success. It just burns off the black marker.

Bonne vidéo comme toujours, j'ai craqué j'ai passé commande de l'aufero 2 + YRR. Je suis très intéressé par le boitier de contrôle offline de chez ortur (j'ai pas d'ordi portable), mais pour l'instant il n'est pas encore compatible avec l'aufero 2 (site ortur) , ca fait plusieurs jour que je cherche des tutos ou vidéos sur le boitier je trouve aucune info, il est même pas dispo a la vende sur ali . Peut- être il aurait il possibilité de mettre un écran tft dessus?.

If only one, I would chose LF module, because it arrives with Air Assist nozzle, which highly improve quality of cutting. For engraving, the SF is just a little better.

Thanks for the video. I just received my Aufero 2 and thinking of add air assist. I’m using a raspberry pi with laser engraver software “Octoprint-Bettergrblsupport-master”. With this I can load from my pc and control with my IPAD at the Laser. Note does NOT need to be an Ipad just something with WIFI and a browser.
