@@orturnet Honestly, the service Ortur have given me since buying my first OLM2 back in 2019 is second to none! Last year I thought my machine had seen its day but a Huge Thanks to Ortur Technical Services, I was sent a whole wiring loom for my machine (which it needed!). It arrived within a couple of weeks from China and it didn't take long to bring my machine back to performing like it was Brand New. With regular preventative maintenance, machines can be kept running indefinitely :)
