@@botkillergamingtamil731 I understand installation is delegated to different team however charging 350 extra per hole is not sure whether it's acceptable. Because when they say installation it should be the full installation at the site besides they shouldn't cheat customers saying the extra insulation tap is must and the worst thing is he don't know any technical things about AC (I am just asking about available different cooling modes in ac/remote but he doesn't know anything. I'm ok that I can search for the same in RU-vid or through some other resources but what if there are elderly people at home who are asking how to use remote and he's behaving like this so that's what my concern )

It's true, same thing was happened here also, he brought stand ,tape and collected 1300 extra instead of fixing in roof top in addition to installation charges 1415 for new voltas ac.
