I wouldn’t say they are the best. They play games on warranties and mess around with vendors. Their chairs are all white labeled and don’t make anything specific. We’ve had a terrible experience with them when selling their brand
Our customers are generally very happy with the quality, the features, the look and feel of the chairs. Yes their service sometimes had delays, but that is mostly a thing of the past in our experience.
