Souichi is better than dazai in almost every aspect except in being more smarter ( but still imo Hal beat him even in outsmarting though many people would disagree) Not everyone can write an amazing character such as Hal also as an main antagonist without any sense of villainy or evil.. That alone makes him one of the Best written characters in manga.. Now make him vs dazai in writing (Hal negs) Also Great edit buddy 🔥

People trying to bring down Dazai in writing is so funny cuz like. BSD is certainly a victim of a lot of mangas in writing, that shouldn’t even be put up to debate. The whole manga is mostly carried solely by visuals and artstyle, which doesn’t even go to Asagiri either, since he isn’t the one who’s drawing. The plot itself, though, is a fucking mess, especially the most recent part of it (that’s what working only 3 hours a day does to your manga). What funny is the fact that people are so mad (even with insane/could go either way diff, which is a great match imo) that they go out of their way to shit on a character in a completely unrelated aspect to the video. There are writing comparisons for that cmon.😭 And because of said bad writing in bsd, the top 3 smartest in the universe are simply unrealistic and there’s nothing we can really do about it, so defending Dazai is extremely useless too🤷♀️ But yea, Usogui > BSD no concept of diff in terms of writing, easily, and the vid is a huge W🔥 edit: actually, I wonder now what would the comment section be if Souichi was put as a winner instead (with the same diff). Cuz there are already so many Dazai’s d-riders in here

To understand the exploits of Hal or Baku you have to analyze them well, simply by reading Usogui you will not realize everything. For example: Baku made quick decisions during the Air Poker. Even though he had to process so much information, he quickly came up with the strategy to beat Lalo. Basically “Decision Making, Strategy, PSI/Faster Thinking.

By your logic even Akiyama is taking faster thinking against Dazai :D Dazai is literally able to deduce impossible things from nothing, ofc it is not explained in details due to the fact that it is unrealistic, but I don’t think that Baku is able to create a whole new encrypted language in a seconds :/ Deducing 16 digit number while having literally 0 info - impossible feat for Baku. I am not even talking that Baku had problems during labyrinth arc. Is this supposed to be a bad thing or is this just why I think Baku is the smartest? 2- I never said that those feats were superior, it was just so you could see that not everything is seen with the naked eye, you have to analyze their feats in more depth to understand them better. I'm only telling you this so you can see that an “Average Difference” is a very low difference and that you underestimate Hal and Baku. I know perfectly well that Dazai beats them, but not with such a low difference, at least a “High Diff”, but “Low - Mid Diff” is being stupid. 3- What do you mean by Stop Scaling? Practically compare many of the most important things and some that are not so important. 🤷 I think your opinion is good, but I simply think you underestimate them, period.
