You could probably downsize the fans if you kept everything 12v powered in the case and used an external AC to DC adapter. That would also free up a lot of room for a potential duet case build. But stoked on you doing this, real cool!
Excellent tutorial video. That is a lot of design work on your part, very well thought out. The only thing that sticks out to me as unnecessary is all the power switches. I believe that one A.C. power switch is truly necessary. Another cool thing that could be added is a battery and charger controller to act as a built-in UPS of sorts. Not a criticism, your work is excellent. Just a couple of thoughts/ideas to consider.
Will have this in mind for future improvements, I added all the switchers just to have control of everything separately (Main fan, turbo fans, monitor and switcher), and a mains power switcher, for instance sometimes fans get to the end of their lifes and start squealing and making noises and that is something you dont want to have in a livestreaming setup, so I can just shut it down without having to turn off the whole system. And hey! It also looks cool to me😂
Very good job! Is it possible for you to make this to sell for those who want it? I mean only the case done with monitor without the Gostream deck it self. it will be good.
I would love to be able to do that but the purpose of the tutorial is for people to do it on their own, believe me it's not hard to do if you have the necessary tools.

I think that people at OSEE don't care about this, or may draw some conclusions for their future designs: the Deck Kit solved this problem, and for many people paying for the Kit is easier than going through all the DIY troubles, despite that USD900+ (or 600+, if we talk about the price difference between the Deck and the Kit) is probably less than even you spent on trial and error with that design of yours. Also, too many things in your setup may not be readily available outside North America.
