Most OSHA standards have a training component for employees, some even require annual retraining. As an example, OSHA gets this question a lot from companies. “My company has a forklift; can any employee operate it”? “They all have a Pennsylvania driver’s license”. The answer is: "Not until they have proper training according to the OSHA standard". We will discuss these training issues and many others, during this informative webinar.
