You notice how much u utilize (I) this I that etc? Just my opinion, maybe you shouldn't focus so much on the (I) who's the I? Stop creating it and start being it by being... Not creating it.... And utilization of I every single sentence multiple times is an issue if you'd like to cure yourself of the I disease... Don't be offended, am giving you insight. Was I used once ? Yet point was made, yes!
And remember, to know yourself is not to know your personality, likes and dislikes.. that’s the ego! To know yourself is to know it as the pure consciousness that you are.. to know your very being, your Self. You are the whole existence expressing itself on an unique point of view, and you are That.

Thank you for this. The other night, I realised (thanks to OSHO and your channel) for probably the first time what it really meant to not be goal-driven and it has helped me a lot with slowing down. I'm 25 and have been destroying myself mentally and physically to "make it" in becoming a successful music producer, the idea of this sounds absurd to me since. And funnily enough, I have slowed down a lot, taken a step back and honestly, have become more relaxed, not fully but this has helped so much. Thank you. I live in a very traditional working class area and soon expect to be questioned on my future ambitions etc.. To be honest again, these questions won't bother me so much now I don't think. I still struggle a lot with meaning and truth, it has really gripped my consciousness because I struggle with what meditations will help me, what others will think if they know I am doing a dynamic meditation for example, if anything will really work for me, and what if I don't stay consistent. So these are the next things I am trying to now relax around and to enjoy the meditation journey. it would mean so much to see a video if you have one on the importance of slowing yourself down, because of much anxiety inside I keep moving at pace or eating junk food to escape slowing down, or I worry my partner will leave me these things make me self attack, I don't know... Thank you :)
Arron sounds like you are exactly where you need to be on the path ( actually there is no path) to "Knowing Yourself" well done ! Many many 25 year olds would not be remotely interested in "knowing' themselves. Your journey is well under way . To have found Osho is wondrous ,more so to have realised something about yourself for the first time is a miracle. Perhaps you might like to listen to Rupert Spira ( on YT and online) as well . Just a suggestion but even Osho himself has spoken of the value of hearing or being in the presence of a living teacher. Bless you and enjoy the discovery of your true nature ... Love Peace Joy
I had so many of the same issues and when I finally realized a lot of my inner silence (during meditating)was not allowed because of these things getting in the way, if it helps you at all I do the Dynamic Meditation every morning and if my neighbors new or my family they probably would think I lost my mind in which I would think I have succeeded in my journey, the path of no mind! Your on the right one Aaron. Thanks for sharing your experience.

This is so true am 29 I've been asking God asking myself what is my purpose..and I've always reach a dead end of confusion..as I listen to this today I finally smiled and ask myself .."who am i" ? or what am I? Thank you my guide 😊 💓

Yes OSHO, accepted uniqueness and individuality, search - who are you, who am I, all these things seem applicable in the environment of be Thyself, no Thyself. This atmosphere is no longer in existence of today, in practice, birth and environment play an important role to what you say, but not compatible to mass media. Have a glance please 🙏 what is today's world, if 01 person out of 12555 is on the path of meditation, then it seems irrelevant path of meditation because a separate world for this meditative environment.
Actually there is no purpose. Once you see the truth that oneday everything is going to be an end you are free from fear. Then you don't do too much over thinking, you just live life like flow of river. Just being here and now is sufficient.
In Simple Words and Directly saying Your Main purpose to take birth was to DO GOOD KARMA . Karma is Action... it is not only physical actions like speaking and using body to do various activities. It is also What you watch in mental screen, what you play on mental speaker.
