I think it may be just some yellow food color mixed in water + salt + sugar solution to give that golden yellow color to the biscuits after they are baked.

It may be the high fructose corn syrup. Back in the day when the original Osmania biscuits were made, there was no high fructose corn syrup just plain sugar.

Dalda - 500kg Salt - 4kg -Maida - 2kg Sugar - 3 kg Go and buy a big industrial oven and nice generator. Fire the thing up and enjoy baking at 400 Degrees.

Very unhygienic and dirty food processing. The mfr., is least bothered about cleanliness. All Govt., agencies mute spectators. No fmcg dress code or safety measures followed. Its better to ban this unit and public should not buy their products.

@@thefinalusa No, because poop has no nutritional value and also poop has many harmful substances, no wonder it is called waste....... but flour with oil, sugar and milk is nutrition, yes it has little amount of bacteria but it will be dead.... hope you understand because you analogy seems far-fetched....
