Fred had a hit with Gus Arnheim in the 1930s called All I Want - pretty risque lyrics as well. It was not out of the realm of possibility that 1964 viewers would have been familiar with this.

I could see some of Marie's mannerisms and hear her voice in her mother.

I never heard her with a country accent before.
