Hello! Congratulations for your wonderful videos! Your descriptions are very helpful. Though i would love to have your opinion between Sirrus 50 and Aura AG 50. I'm interesting for 2 days hiking often with 1000+ meters drop (each hike). Thank you

Hi! The main difference is going to be in the weight and backpanel. The Aura has the Anti-Gravity mesh suspension system, which wraps all around you in one piece, and weighs about 4 lbs. The Sirrus has a narrower mesh backpanel that sits a little closer to the pack, and weighs around 3.5 lbs.

Hi, thank you for all the review videos! May I know the main diff of the reen 50 and this sirrus 50? Which one is more suitable for 3-4 days hike?

Both packs are similar in shape, weight, and size, and both employ a suspended mesh backpanel. The Sirrus 50 has an external stretch mesh pocket for additional external storage, whereas the Renn 50 has only the side water bottle pockets. The Sirrus lid is removable.

Which would you recommend for a 4 night hike the sirrus 50l or the aura 50l. I don't have any stores locally that sell the sirrus so haven't been able to try one but I've tried in the atmos and found it comfortable. I'm concerned about weight so there for thinking sirrus would be better but I don't know how it compares to the comfort of the aura. (If I got the aura I would probably get the 65 for a backpack of that weight but 50l would be sufficient for my upcoming trip) any help would be greatly appreciated.

You're certainly on the right track! While they both have the same capacity, the Aura is going to a more substantial suspension system, meaning it can carry more weight. The Sirrus is a lighter model, which can therefore carry less weight comfortably.

Hi, I am wondering if this backpack is allowed as cabin bag if I pack light and remove the upper pocket. Usually the dimensions are 55cmx40cmx20cm=115cm. Do you have any information about the possibility to use it as a cabin bag? Thank you.

Osprey says the Sirrus 50's dimensions are 62 x 32x 35cm for the XS/S size, and 68x32x35cm for the S/M. On paper it looks a little big for the overhead compartment, but if its not stuffed to capacity, you might get away with it. Thanks for watching!

Looking at the Osprey Sirrus and the Gregory Jade, which would you say fares better? I've watched both videos and seem very comparable, without touching.

Thank you for the question! Both packs are going to offer ventilation, but the Sirrus will be more breathable because if the style of the back panel. The design of the suspension system of the Sirrus is inspired by the popular "Anti Gravity" design of other packs, and we find that most folks really like the fit and feel. Hope that helps!

Backcountry Edge Thanks so much for the reply! Last question: What would be be the top recommendation(s) for women’s specific pack? Ideal features under 50L, size available in x-small or small, ventilation and comfort key, with multiple pack access points (like top, middle and a through bottom)? Over the years I’ve watched more than 50 video of you guys explaining packs, tents and other gear to me- half of them I’m quite sure was Becky. THANKS Becky and team for being my go to for outdoor gear advice!!!

Thanks for the kind words! You might want to check out the Osprey Kestrel 46 Pack. It has a ventilated back system and access points through the top, there's a long side zipper for access into the whole main body, and bottom sleeping bag access too. It is available in XS/Small.
