An interesting new master CA released today for the Phantom Muspah. Ranged is the best style to use, as it has the highest DPS against the final phase. If you take too long you will run out of space and auto fail i.imgur.com/bX.... Try to set up all the spikes away from the center of the room to prevent this.
Otherwise this is pretty straightforward, you have to use the stepback method for Melee phase. The most consistent approach I found was to step back and manually attack the tick that Muspah stepped into Melee distance and hit me.
