@@Kewl1Dude destination tile: imgur.com/JQOZw7G NPC indicator(the default one on bloat): imgur.com/75tTBVo if you want the true tile settings, look at 1:05
After first down bloat will either run slow or fast. If he runs fast you can tbow him once and he will run slow. Very useful for the whole team to make it easier to stay closer for 2nd down.
thanks for sharing! ive known the running timing just by feel with normal tile indicators but have switched to true tile and hadn't figured it out yet. this is great to know.
Sick video. Does it increase the time it takes for bloat to go down? Since I've heard that taking fly damage adds to the bloat do go down timer, curious if this is similar.
as far as I know only fly damage will delay bloat's down. Pretty sure hitting bloat without tanking any flies won't delay his down but I'm not 100% on this
@@nochoc so everyone could be gamers together for a few additional cheeky hits. Wonder how it helps the probability of getting a two down in a 3 or 4 person money run. Guessing not a huge amount of dps but if everyone does it, might add up.
@@swaaagquan3540 yea I guess the whole team could be gamers together but from experience this usually leads to the chest outside, and I don't mean the good chest. With torva, scythe and chally, 2 downs should be pretty free for 3 mans and above already
Flies do not affect bloat down, changing his speed does, when bloat is below 40% hp each splat changes his state between walking and running, so tbowing changes that, if bloat speed changes as hes close to going down, the down is extended by 5ticks
uh no one really brings zcb into tob except for some niche speedrun strats. Also i believe the ruby does half damage since bloat is moving, but by all means if you want to you can :)
u can use bowfa I don't see why not, but it wouldn't be very accurate either way. You aren't meant to deal like 10% of bloats HP doing this, just like 2-3% max
hi idk who u are but not really ah, just some stuff here and there when I record vids for myself to review and see where I can improve. Just upload sometimes when I bored
indeed it doesn't, but sometimes the occasional 20+ hit or the chip damage from thralls could be the difference in getting the 2 down. the main point is showcasing hitting bloat without getting flied, and if you have thralls, that's a little bit extra chip damage you can get it for free :) of course it's also a bit of a flex since usually people just hide during the running part
