Well, here it is. The last Oswald cartoon by Disney that is fully available and not lost like many other cartoons.
In Sky Scrappers (1928) Oswald is working on a construction site and in his break, Ortensia brings him a lunch box. Pete interrupts the lovebirds and kidnaps Ortensia, now Oswald heads out to save her!

Walt was a real genius and animation engineer of his time. He created Oswald and later Mickey. However, he never forgot his precious rabbit and now he is back. I love Oswald and Mickey. Best bros ever.

It is not Walt it is Fleischer when Walt was a teen Fleischer invented rotoscoping that made cartoon character have better movements and warning if you do not want your childhood to be dead that steam boat wille was not the first cartoon with sound the people got tricked because the news said steam was the first they said it because they would get money from Disney Walt was a very smart man

I have the most greatest news for me! Apparently one of my classmates also has a huge obsession on Oswald so we ended up talking about him and drawing him and his family the whole week! :D it’s good to know some of my classmates know who Oswald is (cuz whenever I talk about him to anyone, they have no idea what I’m talking about ovo)

He must have at least some kind of advantages and disadvantages in his homeworld, for example, Oswald is able to take off his body parts at will, but he often gets himself into trouble due to his mischievous nature. He can have a catchphrase if desired.

The senario: It could be as simple as taking a walk, or as complicated as watching TV for a product that you want, but it's been sold out, and obviously you are angry but then decide to steal one, but then get caught by the po-po. The storyline can be just about anything so long as it works with the character.

@@oswaldtheluckyrabbitsuppor5929 4. The rival. Every good character has a rival, Woody Woodpecker's is Buzz Buzzard, Bugs Bunny's is Daffy Duck, For Oswald and Mickey it is Pete the Cat. The rival could have similar traits of the main character, or be a foil to character and it works the other way too. With rivals, you can have them fight against each other just because out of spite, over a beautiful girl or handsome boy, the rival is doing something that can endanger other characters, or vice-versa. Sometimes they can work together or eventually become friends. Depends on what you want to do with them. Can be used if desired.
