I could have sworn at one point I went into a rabbit hole where I found out that the happy science cult owned the good smile company, who have a large amount of stock in 4chan. now that I looked into it again I cant find anything that matches that. woops. Regarding hiro, he doesnt ever touch 4chan and just treats it like a money printer. I feel like his apathy towards 4chan has led it to become the cesspit it is today
4chan would unironically be a decent place if all of the bigotry was cut out entirely it has this raw niche 2000s internet energy that is sorely missing in social media
