The reason they asked about lil durk is because if the fbi are under oath testifying, which they were, they have to say whether they were investigating durk or not. It was done to see if durk had anything to worry about.

Like the other comments said, to you. The thing with RICO cases are they don't need the definitive evidence you need in a regular case to convict as the charges are broad in scope anyway. It's why the FEDs have such a high conviction rate with them, and with the charges being broad if you're tied to them with even the smallest of involvement, you'll get the max with time available. That's why so many people flip and take the stand against their CO-Ds.
