This is in reference to your comment on fiberglass warping at 28:00 min. It would be advisable to take molds from the shape using epoxy with multiple “clocked” layers of S or E glass opposed to polyester resin / biaxial fiberglass & bake it above the temp identified in the engine bay. I’d have the part itself baked above the engine bay temp. as well. You can also add reflect-a-gold heat barrier (Mylar) beneath the deck lid and add header wraps to manage engine bay temperatures.
