Thanks so much for the invisalign update, it's always very helpful. How long was the total time you used it and how often did you change the trays ? 😊😊😊❤️❤️❤️
Feeling faint after a medical procedure (even if it did not hurt) is very common with me to. My late husband was an anesthetist and the medics call it a vagal response.
The crochet dress - beautiful. Good job saving it 4 last! Hi to you Mum. Hi sweet Rafi. How fast does his fur grow? How often does he need grooming? So cute! Looks like Skin Me is only UK based. Just FYI
I have that feeling happen to me whenever I’m a bit nervous or anxious. I’m sure you will probably say you weren’t nervous or anxious but guaranteed you probably were. It’s very very common. It can subconsciously stress us going to the doctors for anything and even more so when your pregnant because we don’t want to hear anything is wrong. You may think you are fine but there is more than you think going on subconsciously. I’m a cancer Pat and have been sick for many years and have had so many procedures, treatments, surgeries and I don’t feel like I’m stress at all but then this wave will come over me and I will Randal times get lightheaded or my vision get weird or be talking to the doctor and I feel like I’m dreaming and start seeing spots. It’s all from nerves.
Charlotte practice closing and opening the pram - but do consider the bugaboo bee - it’s really lightweight and manuuvering is excellent. New born bassinet is not as fancy looking but the transition to toddlers is excellent
8:49 I used to lay down and everything would just go dim at the edges. Turns out the reason you can’t lay on your back when you’re pregnant is because there is a major artery that runs behind your uterus, and when you lay down, it constricts the flow of it! I never knew until my midwife saw I couldn’t stand up after our appointments one day!
Good morning beautiful charlotte I hope you are well babe congratulations on your pregnancy it's so lovely to see you again thanks so much for sharing your wonderful vlog take great care stay safe babe xxx
I’ve been using the Skin & Me moisturiser for about a month now, it’s true I do see a marked improvement in my skin, I’m 69 but recently friends & family have asked what’s different! My sister says I look10 yrs younger… I told her to go to spec savers lol but I’ve seriously noticed the fine lines around my mouth look much finer, so yes Charlotte it does work brilliantly & I will continue to use …. Always ❤
Stay hydrated, Charlotte. So important. I have POTS and have ti be sure to drink enough fluid during the day. Also don’t jump up to quick from a laying position.❤️
I have something called orthostatic hypotension, dropping blood pressure upon changing to a more upright position. Do you know if this is the same as POTS? It started around puberty and I’m now 63. It wasn’t usually a problem unless I stand from a squatting or kneeling position, but it’s become bad again since I’ve lost weight🙂
@@kimberlyperrotis8962 Yes, I have that. POTS stands for postural orthostatic tachycardia.,my blood pressure drops upon changing position quickly. It’s often not too serious. I stay hydrated, salt my food to maintain fluids. And try not to jump out of bed in the morning. Eat regularly and drink fluids. You should consult a doctor as there are also some prescription meds that can help. If skso occasionally taken salt pills after a bout of diarrhea when I’ve lost fluids and electrolytes. I have to get fluids intravenously the day before colonoscopy prep.
I measured small throughout my whole pregnancy but my son was 8lbs when born. Apparently I just held him really high up. My belly button never popped out either. It was nerve wracking but he was completely healthy & strong💖
Congrats on the completion of Invisilign! I have a permanent retainer (the metal wire) on the back of my teeth and let me tell you that's a lifesaver...it will prevent teeth movement from this point on. They are a bit challenging to clean and if the adhesive comes loose (it will ) get it repaired asap cuz the teeth do start moving right away. Just my two cents! Best of luck with pregnancy too❤
I am on my 2nd month of skin and me.(used your code for first purchase) has really improved my skin and cleared up the rosacea. Many thanks for the recommendation. Take care ❤
There’s a lot of skincare ingredients you should avoid when you’re pregnant or nursing. Tret, HQ and SA are examples. Not sure what’s in the Daily Doser but thought I would mention just in case.
Dear Charlotte☀️ Thank you for this vlog. I love watching it. I recommend keeping the wires in your mouth forever! I had braces as a teenager and when I was 20 they were removed and my teeth went back😱 My husband has still the wires👍 Greetings from Switzerland 🇨🇭 to your mum and 🐶
I had conventional braces and the orthodontist removed them before my teeth were fully straightened, over my loud protests, I was only 12. He said “your retainer will complete the straightening”, it didn’t, not one bit.🙂
The same happened to me when pregnant 15 years ago in Asda. I’m not a fainter either but everything suddenly went black and I felt I was going to pass out. I’d had breakfast too. I had to tell the staff and my husband had to collect me and put me to bed! Just one of those pregnancy things I suppose!
I’m glad you great discovered the comfort of knit (aka jersey) dresses, Charlotte. They are by far the most comfy things to wear at home, and not just during pregnancy. I practically live in mine at home, linen jersey ones for summer (H&M) and wool and/or cashmere ones in winter, with tall, warm socks. Even with a slim, perfect figure, tight, fixed waistbands and non-stretchy fabrics aren’t that comfy tor sitting most of the day, especially jeans. I also lie down for part of each day because of chronic back pain, so I hate anything tight around the painful part of my back. BTW, it sounds like your faintness is from dropping blood pressure, which I also get (lightheadedness and a blacking out around the periphery of my visual field). Sit and stand up slowly, giving your BP time to increase and get more blood to your head. I was taught to swing my legs a bit before standing, it helps. Drink as much water as you can and if you crave salty snacks as I often do, eat them in moderation. Your doctor might also recommend certain minerals supplements to help, possibly potassium and magnesium, but because of your pregnancy, check with her first.
Love seeing you and your Mum together, the way she was looking at your after your dentist appointment, so much love 🥰 You’re going to be an amazing Mummy, you’ve learnt from the best 💛
5 children and a passion for proms. I still love the sivercross coachbuilt prams for size. Baby can sleep with plenty of room until age 2-3 depending on toddlers size. Great for carrying shopping. Love the modern pram, pushchair combos especially with the car seat for use with a car and in town. Good luck with all the pram choices.😊
It’s me again. It might be a good idea to buy a home cuff ( not wrist) digital BP monitor, and check it for sure if feeling dizzy but perhaps also randomly just to see how it is.
What a lovely vlog, you put a lot of content in which is great, Raffy is adorable curling up with you, I think it's his way of saying rest up please, take care 😊
I’ve seen other people mention they’ve stopped using active skincare ingredients when pregnant. Obvs don’t know what’s in your specific product, and you’ve prob done research, but thought I’d mention in case or for others.
You are definitely blooming. Even more gorgeous than before.😊 I have a egg chair that I got from QVC a few years ago and I love it. I often fall asleep in it as it is so soothing. Mine folds up in the winter, great for storage which is an added bonus and I just leave the frame outside all winter.
Hope you dont mind me saying....when you are lying flattish at the dentist and the midwife checks try asking them if you can lie slightly on your left side to help you with the fainty feeling. They might put a wedge under your right side. You might just have a wee bit of Supine hypotensive syndrome.....very common in pregnancy....due to having a growing bump squishing you when lying flat on your back and your blood pressure drops for a short while.... so you feel hot dizzy and squeamish...maybe thirsty. Try turning completely on your left side and you will probably feel better in a few mins. Midwife will keep you right ❤. Kx

Most of our immune system is in our white blood count, so when you get your blood drawn, your immune system drops. Plus, when you're pregnant your immune system lowers anyway to protect your reproductive system. So, when you get your blood drawn, request that they only take a quarter (pediatric) vial. They only need a drop of blood to do a panel. Also, make sure you have enough glucose in your system before and after, like coconut water/fruit or steamed potatoes/squash with no fats added. Fats block the glucose from entering your cells and getting to your brain. Squeeze lemon juice on top for moisture/vit C and sprinkle with dulse flakes for minerals salts and eat it in a bowl of leafy greens for more mineral salts/vitamins and texture. :) -Medical Medium Info
I felt faint so much with my first my advice sit straight down even if it’s on the floor in the supermarket I literally fell down stairs 4 times like this it happened that much luckily my son was fine but it’s scary glad you were in the right place and blood work was being done if your driving hazards on pull straight over don’t hesitate
Im sorry you didn’t feel well at the ultrasound and the dental office. When you are in a supine position like that your pregnancy bump puts pressure on your diaphragm causing light headedness etc. To avoid this you just need to sit up a bit. Congrats on your little blessing.
I mean she gives birth in October and said dresses to wear for now for summer and next summer so I highly doubt anyone would try to breast feed in a summer dress entering winter and that’s assuming she actually breastfeeds she might be happy bottle feeding and she owns enough shirts and tops that are definitely breastfeeding friendly
You were probably a little bit worried or a little stressed maybe don’t do a video before hand take it slow and easy. Take it from mother of 7 haha put the feet up and rest.xx
Push Chair! I love it ❤️ I’m from the south in USA and we call them Strollers. I so love to hear the names for things in England. Hope you enjoy our name for it as much as I love yours! Loving your pregnancy videos❤️❤️
Where I live in the UK we call them buggy’s or prams, though we do call the big old fashioned prams ‘pram’ as well. Got to say, I am hearing more people calling them strollers x
That’s really good to know! I assumed that they only allowed support dogs in. Thank you! P.S. Love Rafi. 😍 I’m the same with my cocker poo when she’s snuggled up to me on the sofa - I’ll stay there much longer than I should when there are other things I should be getting on with!
Charlotte, thank you for continuing this video even when feeling faint!!! I am a little concerned about that ( as a career nurse specialist!) so please follow up on your symptoms and be sure to make your medical team aware of ANY more!!! I am wondering if Skin + Me is available in the US?? I couldn’t tell. Be happy and well. ❤️😂
