Those Enter the Dragon Quotes gave me the chills big time! I have heard them many times over the years but they went straight over my head, To think i am actualy now living them in real time seeing my dreams coming true is so sureal!

I've been studying metaphysical content and spirituality for about 7 years. I grew up surrounded by very negative people, unbeknownst to me. I, myself, was patterned in deep negativity as well. Personally, "observing your thoughts without judgement" NEVER did any good for me. They just overwhelmed my mind and continued to persist even louder. What I've started to do about a month or so ago was verbally, OUT LOUD, when a negative thought comes to my mind, I say to it very aggressively "SHUT THE F*cK UP!!". This has worked wonders for me and is truly eliminating these negative thoughts that have been plaguing me for YEARS. So yeah, to anyone else who "observing without judgement" doesn't work either, take charge and tell those unwanted thoughts to shut the hell up!!! (Just do it when you're alone or out of earshot of others, lol!)

Much obliged Sir J! I started saying secretly: "the Universe is generous and kind" and it manifested! The Universe is relaxed and harmonious! It echoed! 🎉😊❤🙏

This is the one I've been contemplating and resolving recently. Having thoughts that contain resistance to the undesirable feelings that occur from necessary recollection. Putting the work off because of the resistance is over. Following for years keep it coming. ❤

I trust that the universe has a plan for me. Everything is unfolding exactly as it should. I release all worries and fears to the universe. I am safe and protected as I surrender to sleep. The universe is guiding me towards my highest good. I have faith in the journey I am on. I let go of control and allow things to flow naturally.

Before bf actually one of my first dates that I ever went on, it was so awkward coz I was definitely identified with lots of limiting beliefs like what if he doesn't like what I'm wearing (I ended up going through half my clothes before deciding what to wear) what if I say something wrong omw I'm attracted to him what if he doesn't like me back 😂The guy was like 15 years older than me but he was tall attractive etc. I realize now I was panicking but back then I wasn't introspective enough to see this so it was even worse, like when your limiting beliefs run you and you don't even know. At least now I can See why I feel negative emotions and I can relax. I'm an introvert I usually don't talk much and I like it like that coz I like to listen to people...like Really listen and then respond. But I literally didn't stop talking on that date and seriously can't even remember half of what I said. Also I spoke loudly and that's also not like me at all. I was just being very fake coz I didn't think he'd like me as I was. I can just see him now weighing the pros vs cons like oh she's cute but she won't shut up 😅 but he didn't say that of course, he was very polite. After we ate we walked to the entrance and I'm just standing there all expectantly, waiting for him to say something nice like "I had a great time" or "When can we meet again?" or for him to give me a hug but no he just dips he couldn't leave fast enough. He texted a few days later in that mildly interested way that guys do when they see no long term potential and don't wanna invest too much but it's still a guy so he'll try anyway. From my perspective I was ready for him to wife me up and from his I was psycho, rightly so coz I didn't even know him 😄
