S01 ep 3 is the episode I've watched the most, closely followed by s02 ep 4 where she reveals her feelings for him, and she looks so lovely and so deeply in love in the 5-year diary scene in s02 ep3. Oh, and to relieve the will-they-won't-they tension I love s02 ep 7. Loads of laughs with Otis and Ruby. :-))
@This Jones YC Not likely sadly, most shows/animes/franchises keep teasing a couple to keep the audience engaged to only put the characters together on the very end and actually showing nothing of their relationship. Although it would be way better to innovate and actually place Otis and Maeve as a couple and move on with the show I’m thinking that she will spend most of season 3 with wheelchair guy ( yeah totally outa nowhere but hey, anything to prevent Maeve/Otis happening ) while Otis now trying to be more responsible and shit will let her go (also not to be too much like season 1 you know, just him after her) till she has a fallout with Isaac and MAYBE end up with him in the end of the season. Quoting Starlord to Gamora on Guardians of the galaxy 2: “... guy and a girl in a tv show dig each other but never get together because if they do the ratings would go down sort of thing...” You see, it’s an old recipe, just rooting for SE to rise above it.
AznKorn8 no, you wouldnt... This show is the perfect example. As each one likes the other, the other is unavailable. Its like Jim and pam from the office before they get together. Theyre unavailable for the other at opposite times, but in the end, isnt that what makes it so cathartic when they do get together ?

Just because they both like each other and happened to be with someone else bc of timing, doesn't mean that they're the right person. Just something to think about... I get it, people want them to be together bc it's a tv show.... of course... lol

i have seen many, and when i say many i mean many, edits and this is by far the most beautiful one yet. it’s so simple yet so powerful. i feel like it just depicts life in general.
Honestly these two and their love story is becoming one of my favourites of all time on television. I guess it's a mixture of the acting and the writing but it's something really special and I'm excited to see what season 3 brings to us. I mean there is so many moments already that just stand out it's hard to pick a favourite. But in saying that that scene in the hallway with the birthday gift and that scene where Maeve confesses her feelings are definitely up there. Asa and Emma are really playing it all so perfectly it's beautiful to watch. That scene with the diary is hands down the most beautiful, sweet, frustrating, gut wrenching and heartbreaking scenes I have ever seen on tv and Emma plays it so wonderfully. You know Maeve wants to tell him but she's scared!! Emma really plays vulnerable Maeve so so well. And I'm pretty sure Otis knew she was gonna say something huge too. Can they just give them all the awards please cos they deserve them for this scene alone, and so much more. Also I love that you included Otis's dad speech in there cos he may be an a** but that was a great speech.
I fell too once for 2 days hahaha but then u realize that you never will get those celebrities at least she might be my celebrity crush she is really beautiful ngl but girls around you possibly be prettier than her

I agree with everyone here in the comment section about how their story (so far) has been wonderfully put together with the music and just as intense this edit was because that’s how life truly is and I honestly am currently going through something not too different from this but anyway I enjoyed this a lot and I cannot wait until the new seasons.
This is really well done! I thought my emotions had started to cool down after watching seasons 1 and 2 and lots of edits......... but this has my heart beating faster and tears welling up yet again. Maeve, who can do no wrong for me, just needs some loving hugs from Otis.... and until she gets them, I'm happy to stand in. Sooo many scenes in the series show how lonely Maeve is. She really is the loveliest of softies if she's treated right. It'll be a very long time before I get over Emma's amazing acting (and beauty) and I wish Maeve all the happiness she deserves, and Emma all the very best in what is becoming a stellar career. :-))
I think so as well, especially Eric. I think Eric will confront Maeve because Otis will be torn up that she didn't respond to his message. This fits Eric's character, and also provides the ground work for Maeve to start distrusting Issac. I have a sneaking suspicion that we will see Issac using further and further manipulative means to close Maeve off and basically put her inside a little bubble for himself, which will ultimately drive her away. I also have this weird (and likely wrong) theory about the pretzel stand. After rewatching the series, there's a strange amount of dialogue and imagery surrounding it, which to me signals that it's important to future events in some way.
Absolutely brilliant! Editing, the music in the background. Sharing the raw emotion that is true friends falling in love with each other with roadblocks at every corner. Maeve and Otis are meant to be together and somehow when the time is right they will be.
that mix of "i want them to be together on next season" + "I don't want them to get together so the series don't end" + "I wish i only found out about this series on the ending after 27 seasons" :/
The thing which stands out with Badass Maeve is when she is around Otis, the gorgeous happiness filled smile she has on her face, the caring and the intent with which she talks to Otis, the crushing, the admiring of Otis and to top all of that is how great a actress Emma is, how Great A Queen of Expressions she is. True love made in eternity ❤️🔥🔥💯💯💯💯💯
This is the most complete and right in a sense love story I've ever seen in movies and series.... Also imagine a series so well written that makes you hate a guy in a wheelchair
Amazing editing, one of the best I have seen for them. Really feel for Maeve, she has been through soo much and she was only 16 years old. The writers better heal our hearts in season 3 by making her happy...by getting her and Otis together finally! They bring the best out of each other
Everytime I wanted to see their edits I needed to watch 2-3 videos to satisfy myself .....but by far the bestest edit I have seen and it is so precious that I don't want my friends to see it...I want to keep it to myself(this is my friends phone so I had to email this video to my mail lol)🖤🖤🖤🖤🖤
When isaac said if ppl who make sure you are meant to survive just left you and then you showed otis’s dad abandoning him..then Isaac said that Otis guy wouldn’t understand this shit and then you showed how much Otis actually understands Maeve..ur editing is just phenomenal
Nothing can stand in otis and Maeve's way! They love eachother! It's like Rachel and Ross, they were in love the very first moment they layed eyes on eachother !
They both are destined for each other forever, what nice souls these two are, what bond, what chemistry, what an unconditional love, it was, it is and it's always love love love...... Only ❤️😍. Favt love story forever even though they are not yet together but their love blooms. Surely will be together one day

I think the scene where she reveals she had feelings for him hit me the hardest. I’ve been in that situation before where I’ve liked someone but realised they didn’t feel the same so I moved on only for them to say they like me. His reaction is exactly how I felt and it made it all to real
