After nearly five years of filming elevators; I have FINALLY filmed in a state I have neglected to film in in the New England region. Well, here's the start of my MAINE videos...
Let's start with a Hampton Inn video. We have two OTIS Series 5's from the mid 2000's. These are your typical "modern hotel" OTIS installs with the Series 4 circular indicators on the outside with Series 5 on the inside. In more detail having two three story elevators in a hotel like this seems pretty rare for me (typically at a hotel building with three floors, there is usually only one elevator present). More in detail about the elevators themselves, these have LED lights in them, which I thought was a neat find. In fact, they illuminated the cab nicely.
Like all other Hamptons I have been to in the past, this was a fairly nice location. Considering this was near a beach area, this place has a nautical theme going on.
