Sadly ingenious hunter doesn't reduce heartsteel cooldown because the item has no cooldown but the enemie get 30 sec of immunity if the item damage them ( I don't know if everything was clear ). Really good video
The 6% you say it's the damage you deal with the item, the 10% that I mean it's the bonus health that you recieve. I'm trying different runes and builds on preseason, I still prefer phase Rush on the jg, but on my Striderbaker is better than Trinity, because it makes a really good ingage on tf.
I still agree with that build, has high dps and black cleaver synerges very well with Skarner because it's instantly charged. On this preseason i'm trying to improve new builds, but the standard one I usually use is still on god tier.
@@enderfoglia8248 Divine Sunderer, Manamune are the core items, then thornail or frozen heart black cleaver, anathema chains, depends on the game and the enemy team, but I always keep the core items.
