They clearly don’t trust him to do the right thing so they took it upon themselves to make sure they are secure in their next move forward. I think if ott wasn’t in the group none of this would have happened. There wouldn’t be another house heist between the 3 of them because they have mutual respect between each other. Where I feel like they don’t have that with ott. Which is why they felt like they had to pull this stunt.

IMO: I feel like OTT has a problem of going OOC when he gets worked up and emotional . like him talking about his effort and how he has done the most work, I think he is actually feeling OOC saying these things. and he later tries to back step or blame something else like January saying something she shouldn't have. and saying Benji is a leach? what does that mean in RP? what exactly leaching in Los Santos? (which is wild cause It felt like OTT begging to just be part of the team on that roof top was kind of him begging to be accepted cause he knew X, Yuno, Marty, Ray and Benji all had places to go and he kind of would have to fall back on and just go back to streaming to less than 1k obscurity again) I feel like a lot of real streamers just try to avoid RP'ing with OTT. but that's just my observational opinion.

How the company was setup you only get a fixed share from profits and the other 3 board members understands it. But the way OTT saw things was if you put in more time and effort you deserve more. OTT’s lack of the true Company’s vision is the problem. Does he deserve more? sure. But did he get his fair share from how the Company was run? yes..

I mean they counted the gpus and left him 25% ontop of the house, plus gave him a few more things back after the meeting, They just didnt want OTT to have the power to lock them out of the supplys before the met up and discuss the split. Its a smart move, given how much of a loose cannon OTT is.

OTT knew this and even said he slave away just to join them back in the early days. JP took more than his share with his house heist, which is why Yuno didnt want to take anything but his own personal pc he had on the side. But Yuno, JP and Marty were all owed an even split they just did things differently when departing. OTT got his split when they settled things. (he was just mad he woke to a stripped house) which I dont blame him for one bit, just what else did he expect? Also he was considering raiding the house and dipping like JP himself so getting mad is hypocritical.

they had no choice but to act first and divide everything, because OTT has control of who can access the house. Had they tried to hold a meeting, OTT could've very well just went and changed the locks right away to prevent anything from being taken out. He gets to keep the house and 25% of everything they had. That is MORE than generous. Because a true 25% would've been to force the sell of the house and divide the profits from it as well. As it is, OTT got a lot more than 25%.
Basically OTT Shot January over a bad comment and was the last straw for the board members and OTT plays victim and Company left him his 25% of assets and house and they took their share and OTT is about to be kicked off the board or fired from the company

In Janet/January's defense, she only led with the fact that she was arguing about the weed and stuff, and that she KNEW she had broken an unwritten rule so she doesn't blame him for that part.
