Otter Creek April 2023 fish report 

Lake is upsome total open water, the ram is open but no dockes in yet.
Fishing was slow and a little cold, so we fished from the truck and watched wildlife. If the wind stops blowing and it gets a little warmer we will take the boat and the fish better watch out.
