I was honored, and nervous!! My little dog was scared to death!

I love how well he can make it look like George is his own entity. The times when Otto is talking and George interrupts mid thought and totally takes it over. Almost like it's not in the act. He'll (They'll) be missed.

Man I wish I was old enough to appreciate him when he was around. Rest in peace Otto.

I learned about his passing from Opie &Anthony show . His multiple appearances were the gift of incredible talent . Otto had unmatched entertainment value . They always go way too soon ! Rest Easy Otto !

Sad that Otto passed so young.He could have made billions of people laugh even more.Thanks that his acts are saved on here.RIP sir.........

I can’t believe it’s been 8 years since he’s passed. Feels like it was yesterday.

Loved O&G and miss him dearly. No other comedian made me laugh as hard as he did. His answer did surprise me that he was working on moving his lips less, but in reality he knew that the art of ventriloquism is how convincing you can make the puppet seem like a separate character to fool the audience that 2 people are on stage. On that front, Otto was the best because even though he moved his lips a little George had a distinct & understandable voice so you always focused on him. Other ventriloquists that don't move their mouth at all tend to have a gulp/hum type sound with the puppet which doesn't sound authentic. I'll take O&G's style any day.

I think it makes him funnier that he moves his lips. He was the greatest.

He wasn't the best ventriloquist, but he was the best ventriloquist comedian.

Its sad, when he passed, I shown my dad... who died of Pancreatic Cancer June that year, which I had a friend named Melanie, who was my support until she died of 21 in October that year... I didnt want to do comedy for the longest time until the pandemic, and I found out that Greg Giraldo from Hampton Bays, and I walked so many times to him, I lost 130 lbs. He is literally buried in the church. Ironically, Melanie AND Greg are both buried in the same Plot. I work retail currently, but as a individual on the Autism Spectrum, it is my goal to make a food truck organization that travels the states to feed the homeless. Like a pop-up restaurant. We would also have a mini stage for concerts if any musicians are performing there on top of maybe a roast left and right .

Got she was awful. Just point out his lips move a little why don't you. I'm sure a VENTRILOQUIST won't mind that one bit!
