Bro, every generation experiences nostalgia...its just that EDM hit its peak from 2008 to 2014, a time when most 25 to 30 years today would have been teenagers and living life to its fullest emotions 🙂

Awww, dude. You are officially old. Everyone says that about music from when their childhood/youth/whatever. People in "my generation" will swear by the music of the naughts ('00s). LOL
I was searching for 2008-2016 songs but i remember all of them. Now i randomly found this. It feels really nice to get reminded of nostalgic song like this
The 2011-2015 period were the golden era of EDM. Lots and lots of quality electronic songs week after week. The era was ignited by the Swedish DJ's like Avicci, Axwell, ingrosso etc.. their songs started to get huge airplays in USA, thus started to take over the mainstream music, competed with pop music and at a point of time even mainstream pop music was losing to edm. That was the standard of these DJ's. The era was dominated by mostly European producers like Avicci, Calvin Harris, Martin Garrix, Hardwell, Tiesto, Afrojack, Robin Schulz, Alesso, showteck, Nicky Romero and many other. Avicci and Calvin Harris seemed like the flag bearers of the era with their many smash hits. Swedish House Mafia dissolved before Axwell and ingrosso started making music as duo, they were also one of the key figures of the era. Dutch DJ's Hardwell, Afrojack and Tiesto had huge success with their songs getting in to Billboard charts and New faces like Martin Garrix and Alesso were big hit from the very start and went on to become so huge by the end of the era. Music festivals like Tomorrowland and ultra music festival became the biggest festivals of the decade which helped edm to become a culture worldwide and helped to regain its long lost glory. House music was the king. Electro, progressive, bigroom, deep and tropical house songs were all over the charts. New artist kygo from Norway increased the legacy of the era by give great tropical house classics .kygos arrival was during the last year's of the golden age and continued his success past the era The era also had great number of Drum n bass,Dubstep, hardstyle hits which showed the diversity of golden age. The golden age came to an end when producers started featuring for mainstream pop artists for dance pop songs which have mostly a future bass or trap drop eg: Martin Garrix, Dimitri Vegas and chainsmokers whose new hits which were mostly future bass and trap which were well recieved . The shift from the major house sound to the hip-hop trap, future bass kind of sound was evident. There were many good artists in these like chainsmokers but all producers somehow tried different styles which were not as catchy or impactful as their previous hits. Still, Calvin Harris enjoyed success with club edm sound, kygo was becoming huge but the huge number in dutch and Swedish House songs declined and the industry was inclined towards a different sound Mumble rap came in to scene and a horrific trap sound ruled the industry for some years . Only a few artists like Alan Walker, kygo and new artists like marshmelo was able to hit some sweet spot. Marshmello sucsses proved that trap and future bass sounds are now the ruling sound of the industry during late 2010s . But by then the golden age signature house sound faded away. If you ask a music critics of 2010 that what was the highlight of the decade, you most probably get the answer EDM Definitely edm was the gamechanger ,an explosion in to the scene which wa predicted by many artists a long time ago, And the result was gold. The era gave great memories to music fans especially electronic music fans to cherish forever. Hardcore edm fans believe that the era is not at all dead and it's in it's dormant stage and waiting for a huge comeback♥️ hope so😊
Maaaaan. You are just literally my soulmate))) I fuckin' love this music and edm culture! My dream is to visit Tomorrowland and UMF sometime. Hope you will be there too)
Miss the EDM from this time period. It would always make me feel energized, upbeat and uplifted, you know the kind of feeling you get when you are with someone you love.
This song reminds me my childhood, when i had no problems, just live , being happy, hang out with friends, live for the moment. Now Im stuck at work to make ends meet:((
Man this reminded me of how me and my frineds were so close over the summer but we all went to different schools now we don't see each other that much :(
People who say that this track is crap or the worst or whatever, realize that this track is almost 3 years old. Music styles & genres change a lot and fast over time. People dislike it because they are used to something else. And it's okay, like everybody's opinion about music changes. But just realize this song was made a while back and most of the hate comments are recent. Anyways, I personally love this track, it gives me a lot of inspiration!:)
My cousin is 2 years old and he's addicted to this song. He's always saying DEH DEH DEH DEH DEH, DAH DAH DAH DAH DAH ... now I'm the one getting addicted too xD
Mucha gente dice que lleva buscandola años,pero yo se su nombre. Solo la busco porque la escuché en una pelicula o serie y no sé cual es xdd Dejo esto aquí por si hay algún crack.

You CAN go back, but there will be no return cause ive seen it by my own eyes: an old hippielady who treveled to another timedimension in the belief she would find three-dimensional snowflakes. She find herself lying in the bathtube waiting to die by starvation.
Se você estiver em Amsterdam , alugue uma bicicleta e vá para campo do ajax e escute essa música no percurso ! Simplesmente perfeito , essa música nunca irá me fazer esquecer desse momento fantástico da minha vida
Truly inspiring. The ehs and ahs, and teaching people to put glass in their pockets while skateboarding.... This is a work of pure art. Great job, the lyrics make it though. Not to mention that last minute rave, THAT was the climax of the story.
