Loyle Carner wrote his song 'Ottolenghi' about his love for the Israeli chef. British GQ brought the two together to cook three vegetarian dishes:
1. Burrata with chargrilled grapes and basil

6:05 It's really strange how he cooks things at 220º for 40+ minutes. Recently, I tried making his roasted aubergine and curried yoghurt recipe which bizarrely instructed to roast aubergine slices at 220º for 40-45 minutes. I thought I'd misread the instructions, because surely that's way too hot? I trusted the recipe and cooked them as instructed... and they were overcooked/burnt, exactly as I expected they'd be. I should have trusted my common sense and cooked them at 180º.
