Welcome to One-Take Walkarounds! (OTW) - A playlist where I feature some of my favorite overland builds from friends and viewers, all filmed in one continuous take. My hope is to use this playlist to showcase a variety of builds on the channel, while filming it in a raw, easy to edit way. Since the beginning, my channel has been all about overlanding. This isn't a Jeep channel or a Toyota channel. It's all about getting out there, exploring, and making memories. Love it! Just fell into a discovery for free and have been building it up. Already replaced the crankshaft sensor and got the exact same rack from a scrap yard so this video hit it home for me. Theyre awesome vehicles and I do receive some reliability hate from people but anytime someone sees it in person they fall in love. Theres something about the British princess that makes people stare

I have one in black. Fully kitted just like his. But with black 16” inch steelers and rock sliders. I even have a Cobra CB radio. I even use it to tow my motorcycles to the track. I use my ARB awning for shade during paddock breaks. Everyone asks me about it and even get asked if I’ll sell it. Best part for me is the aluminum block, just like the aluminum block on my DOHC 4.6 SVT Cobra, that was made in England. Cheers! 🐍

I like the economic mindset he has! I also like the open diff/locking transfer case/traction control combination. I've never really thought about that before but it really makes sense!

Currently looking to buy a td5 to travel with it and I like this guy's mindset. Similarly, there's always been land rovers in my family so I'm fulfilling my childhood dream of owning one myself!

@@ArkansasOffroad Lol yeah my wife and I are overlanders too and I spend waaaaaay too much time pouring through all the different videos learning as much as I can to become more proficient......and maybe sneak a good idea or two when building out the JK. Nice Disco. Very popular down here in N.Z. Owned a 2002 D2 with TD5 engine for quite a while and great truck. Super capable and super comfy ride. Love all the second hand parts, great value :) You can actually but these exact trucks with V8 engine in N.Z for as little as 2k! Diesel engine option z bit dearer. Amazing value for money.

LOVED my disco 2. Was a fleet car in near perfect condition I got for 5k. Unfortunately bad shit happened and I lost it. But Ima get me another for sure when I find it.
