This group and their descendants are related to the North American Indians. In essence their belief is of similar nature when they worship an all knowing, all powerful creator or master spirit. This belief has been around long before any of the modern religions ie Christianity or Islamic approx 2000 years older or more! Having been to Lake Baikal I have seen Shamic totem poles, shamems and wigwams. These people still live the life set down by their ancestors and keep their language alive!!

It found a spot on my Playlist 😃 As far as the "Almighty" they mentioned is concerned, I think they did a great job being inclusive as well, not only for the Abrahamic religions but many Pagan ones, too. Many of them have a main God or Goddess, such as Wotan (aka Odin aka Allfather), Zeus, or Shiva. When they sing "you're here with us again" while the girl was laying there, it could mean that the Almighty spared her from death to stay with "us" (her people on earth) or he carried her to the place where the ones that have already passed away went (also "us", depending on the perspective), the afterlife such as i.e. Valhalla. Either way, she wouldn't be alone in either world but be with "us," her people again. Love every aspect of this fantastic song!
