It's more like her personality and her morals never changed, but being 'The Dark One' suddenly gave her licence to do what was necessary to accomplish her goals. An excuse. Like drinking several shots of rum. It doesn't change you, or make you lie, it just allows you to do what you really want.
Finally Zelena has got her power back, I hope that she doesn't lose her power again, I mean come on what is the point to have a witch without a power also she has been weak for sooo long and under the mercy of Regina, it is time for Zelena to gain her power back and not to lose it again specially that she has a daughter that she needs to protect her, I just hope that she is now powerful again that she forget about Emma and Regina and focus on having her daughter safe and be able to hold her hopefully without being interrupted by Regina after all Regina has no right to prevent Zelena from holding her new porn Baby.

The first time -with trying to change the past, the second time- killing robin hood's wife and impersonating her and the third time - getting pregnant just to hurt regina. But yes, making a child motherless is wrong no matter what - but the baby would not be alone because of her father- robin hood.
Saira Ramjit Regina was given chances throughout multiple seasons, Zelena has not been given that same luxury. Regina has never been imprisoned for multi episode arcs. You can't equate the two because neither of them are similar. The first chance you mentioned was after she was killed by Rumple and Regina conveniently forgot all about her. That's not someone I need to redeem my self for. The second time wasn't a chance for forgiveness, Regina didn't know that was her so how could that be Regina giving her a chance to change? By chance to change I mean someone looking to believe in the best in that person and not belittle them. Look at Snow and Charming and they are prime examples of not giving up on someone. Regina just used the imprisonment of Zelena to just gloat how she got the upperhand and repeatedly tell her how she's going to take away her baby. That's not giving someone a chance, that's taking away their voice and reveling in their humiliation. So no Regina has never really given Zelena the opportunity to change except in 5x10. So you have ONE opportunity for change compared to dozens that has been given to Regina from not just in Storybrook but in the flashbacks as well. And sorry but just because Robin's the father doesn't give him the right to forbid the mother from seeing her child when he's sleeping with the woman that killed her son's mother post retcon.
It's disgusting how Zelina doesn't see ANYONE as a human being... You know, like the people she murdered and the husband of her victim that she then raped to get pregnant... Pretty sure she'd get the death penalty in any State that still allows it...
