Hey Kelly I ask ChatGPT if it was okay to go in the polar plunge with an open wound and it said it’s possible you can get an infection. Please go to the doctor if you start feeling weak or light headed or any flu like symptoms. Because your ice bath is kind of communal, there’s bacteria in there that saturated your bandage. Clean it regularly. I’m nervous for you. I hope everything is okay.
