I fell in love with Oumou Sangare's music instantly, when I saw her perform at Central Park Summer Stage in the mid-90s. Any time that I am feeling down, I can depend on her voice to uplift my spirits. This woman's voice was sent straight from heaven!

Does anyone have a link to lyrics, and maybe in English. I speak some Arabic and caught what I thought was" La Ilaha Ilala" in Arabic in the song at one point, part of the SHAHADA, although the rest isn't in Arabic I think
