KKH in Pakistan is extremely famous and is also known as the most dangerous road in the world. It's certainly one of the world's most spectacular according to us! Tracing one of the many pathways of the ancient Silk Road, the KKH is often called the 'Eighth Wonder of the World' due to its high elevation and the difficult conditions in which it was constructed. It took 20 years to complete and when we finally got a chance to travel on it for two days- we were just in love.
Our journey started in Karachi where we took the Greenline AC Sleeper train to Lahore:
