It is the same people the hypocrites. Those that voted for him and are not bothered by his lack of transparency are those same people blasting the Obamas.
I honestly think it is nobody business ! "Happy Holidays" includes everybody because when you single out the people who don't celebrate that specific holiday , it makes them feel left out so with that said , this is a good way to give love to everybody and their certain holidays & religions they excercise and celebrate !
Delvin Minor Well look at it this way, it's less effort to say "Happy Holidays" than "Merry Christmas and Happy New Year". Happy Holidays just groups them all as people usually start saying "Happy Holidays" around Thanksgiving to include that as well.
The whole dress controversy with Sasha and Malia Obama is just plain stupid. A lot of the celebrities that wears these gowns/tuxedos to the Grammy's, Oscars, Golden Globes etc. are rented. A lot of the designers comes to the celebrities and asks them to wear their clothes so that way they can showcase their clothes to the public.
MsBrooklyn11232 ....but it was a lot some people are hungry and homeless around the whole world. her dress Sasha was 20k per a piece come on now people that's a lot of money and I know it's their money but that's definitely wasted! 😒
I know Loni hates talking about relationships but she needs to do a segment about being satisfied and single. People need to hear it because so many give up and sacrifice too much for relationships that aren't even worth it.
I didnt know that either! I remember him from their reality show Tia and Tamera Take 2. He was old and sickly then so Im not surprised she probably had to put him down 😔
When Jeannie said she's posting hers on instagram and tagging her friends then Adrienne said "alright welcome to 2016 people" was hilarious because it's so true hahaha
We do though, just our christmas cards in Europe don't have pictures of ourselves on them :P most just have images of christmas trees or snow or stars etc. i think here it would actually be considered a bit narcissistic if you would sent someone a christmas card with yourself on it.
She can be so annoying, she acting like taking a picture of your pet and using it for a Christmas card is weird it's not I get a lot of Christmas cards with pets, my Christmas card this year is of my cat with a Santa suit. Girl 👋
I love Adrienne's card, Loni is petty as hell😂😂, Tamera's hair eyeshadow & dress matches in color, and I like Jeannie's "I Dream of Jeannie's plait." But OAN: Adrienne's facial expression to Tamera's story about taking holiday pictures with her dog had me dying laughing 😂 😂
It's so sad to see all these extremely hateful and cruel comments about these hosts. They are PAID to talk about daily topics as well as things that go on in their lives. They didn't ask you to agree with their views, they are asking for their views to be respected. And if you have a problem with that view, you can express it respectfully! But instead people get on here and just say such disrespectful things looking for a response. These women haven't always said agreeableable things but they have been respectful of their opinion. They at least deserve some respect.
I get she's happy, but she needs to stop shoving the wedding down everyone's throats. We get it Adrienne, you're married. You remind us every episode, in one way or another.
TheElysian7 absolutely you can use ur babies birth photo, wedding pictures, graduation pic, award ceremony or anything! I love vista prints too btw! One year illustrated characters from my book in a Christmas pose and that was my Christmas card.
I love Jeannies idea. I wasn't gonna do Christmas cards this yeas rend out of ideas and... (it's hard in the bulevar) I will do it at the mall all dressed up with my little family of 4... Thank you!!
My brother joined the Marines Aug 1st this year and his 18th bday was Aug 2nd. He graduated MCT (infantry training) Dec 6th which was my birthday. While on base we went to the MCX (Marine Corp Exchange-convenient store) and my mom decided to take pictures in front of the store Christmas Tree for Christmas cards since he was flying to Florida and wouldn't be home for the holidays. He was so not for it. Lol but I loved the idea. Considering this was our first holidays apart and I moved out at 21 the week before that. Big changes for the holiday
I think Jeanie's opening statement put it best. Whatever you're celebrating, my message is the same, joy and merriment! I'm not Christian myself, but I celebrate Christmas. I also have Jewish friends, friends that celebrate Kwanza, and friends that are atheists and don't celebrate anything, but I'm still sending my love and best wishes. And who is supposed to buy different cards that individually acknowledge each winter holiday? Not I!!
I like both, "Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays!" why not? Relax ppl it's part of our culture. If I were in Israel and someone said Happy Hanukkah I wouldn't be insulted.
***** Don;t patronise me. I know the history very well. Israel is a terrorist state. I will not respond to you any longer as anyone who is that blindly supportive of Israel and its treatment of Palestinians has more issues than I can contend with. Take your blinders off and have common decency. Stop trying to scapegoat with Hamas as your excuse for everything. Israel loves to bomb innocent Palestinians and use Hamas as an excuse. They are defending themselves. Israel is not defending itself. Get real. Bombing little boys on a beach is not defending yourself. Shooting kids who throw rocks at you is not defending yourself. You are part of the problem.
Loni and Jeannies are the best and most natural... America REALLY, you worry about dresses but not about Trump bringing all his BILLIONAIRE friends to run the country. What a MESS.
President Obama IS , WAS and Will always be remembered as the Peoples President . Trust me half the world is going to Miss the first family , I'm not American don't live in America but he was my President , you might not like the man ,his color, policies BUT you can not deny he was INCLUSIVE and truly stood for world peace. So Happy Holidays in his case is befitting. 💕💕💕💕✌
I have no problem with the Obama's Christmas card saying Happy Holidays. We have Christmas, Chaunakuh (sp?), some celebrate Kwanza and then the New Year are all coming up. So I see why they would do that. However, I take issue with everyone else (media, retailers) trying to erase Christ out of Christmas. There wouldn't be a Christmas without Christ.
I personally have no problem with media and retailers erasing it. If it helps their sales, then go for it and if it decreases their sales they should leave it in...it's a business after all. The only thing I have a problem with is that small handful of people who take offense to Christmas-nobody is forcing them to celebrate, so they should let others celebrate in peace.
If it was Tamar that gave the look Adrienne gave to Tamera, the world would have ended in these comments, although it was just a playful look. People would have been going off on her...."I can't stand her, she's petty, she thinks she's better than the other hosts, etc" That's why I'm here for any shade thrown at either of the hosts. Y'all punks need to start going in on Jeannie Mai like how y'all go in on Adrienne and Tamera and Loni ‼️💯
I think if someone says merry Christmas to you say merry Christmas back or if someone says merry Christmas to you and maybe you celebrate a different holiday then say the greeting for the holiday you celebrate and I think that's fine too I think that if you wanna say happy holidays that's fine but also recognize all the holidays being celebrated during this time they're all there own individual celebration and should be treated as that in my opinion
when they say "Happy Holidays" ppl conplain about how they didn't say Mery Christmas but if they say "Merry Christmas" ppl would be like not everybody doesn't celebrate Christmas
I don't understand what's wrong with happy holidays? In my country it's a normal thing to say. It has nothing to do with being PC, it's just more logical to say happy holidays considering we have more than 1 holiday in December.
I didn't change anything love. Unpopular opinion but it's the truth. The bible doesn't mention his date of birth, nor does it say that we should celebrate it. Jesus did not even celebrate his own birthday and that's a fact too. The only thing he asked us to do right before his death was to commemorate his death. The early Christians didn't celebrate it either, in fact have you ever read that any servant of God celebrated their birthday in biblical times? Christmas and birthday celebrations have pagan roots. And what about those Christmas decorations, lights and songs.. Seriously this is information you can find just by using Google. You don't have to agree with me but at least look into it
re2dance well I think you'd say otherwise if you knew how God actually felt about all of this (he made sure to put that in the bible for a reason..) To be frank, our opinions on things like this does not matter, but His does and this mindset of culture and traditions being *more* important than the way that God views these things, is exactly what's wrong nowadays. This, along with so many other things have corrupted christianity. And I'm just pointing it out as it's kind of a big deal to God. You're basically telling him to "relax". I honestly did not come on here to debate or anything, I just clicked on this video before I even saw what it was about.
It's so sad that Christmas is a Christian holiday to celebrate Jesus's birth....and everyone wants to take Christ out of Christmas. You can't even buy pagent scenes now and schools have ruled out carols like silent night and replaced it with jingle bells. After everything Jesus went through on Earth, it's sad that people are still rejecting him on his own holiday
he wasn't born in December. It's not his holiday, it's a pagan holiday and even Jesus did not celebrate his own birthday so why should we? Seriously look up the real meaning behind these holidays and what the Bible says about it
if you celebrate Christmas then celebrate it but not everyone does which is the issue with why some people only say "happy Holiday's" honestly people only care about the presents anyways
Candy Flores i don't just care about the presents. i think if someone wants to say Merry Christmas let them. If I were in Israel and the majority of the people said Happy Hanukkah I wouldn't take offense. It's just part of our culture.
I know a lot of people may write me back saying I'm "reading in too much" but oh well this is my opinion: The main topic of discussion here was the Obamas holiday card right? Yes the ladies talked about the controversy of Malia and Sasha wearing really expensive dresses, but they didn't talk about the other controversy (Christmas not being the only holiday) at the magnitude it deserved. They took the conversation right back to their family stuff. The reason why I think this is a problem is because "Happy Holidays" from our current president its a sign of diversity acceptance in the U.S.A. and even though all of these ladies are Christian, the MAIN APPEAL of The Real is its DIVERSITY in the cast members. The main discussion here should have been about how we should respect our differences and what this would mean to someone that's not of a Christian faith, once again, because of diversity. But I mean, this is also the show that made 2 muslim girls sit in the back so... 🙄
if you get mad because someone says "happy holidays" instead of "merry Christmas" then you have real issues lol. Saying happy holidays is a way of including not only Christmas but Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Year's Eve, and New Years. Now unless you wanna put all that on a card it's your business but it'll be a lot simpler to just write "happy holidays" lol
