It was good to race you Doug, 2JP is very quick! I was the one in the X3 “Drop Out” that you raced first. It was a blast this was my first ever UTV event and first race in my sxs.
Seems to me that Frankie and Uncle Rich need a shout out for running the pits for Doug. I’m sure they were icing it down and draining the water in between runs. Good job boyos

Wow getting to see 2j run in a competitive class in the dirt makes it feel like all my Observatory work has finally paid off LOL that is so badass just to see that thing run against something you know nothing's going to touch it but it feels great!! excellent job Dougle
Dont know much about sand racing, but in asphalt drag racing high gear runs are common when conditions are minimal. Lots of power glide dragsters will launch and grab 2nd right away

Man, I feel for Doug. To be as good as that machine was right out of the box, you know he put a stupid amount of time, energy, frustration, busted knuckles...etc, into the build. You all got a great team. Looking forward to see 2JP break some hearts in the future. Also really really excited to see the beast mode build that Leo alluded too.

It was nice to see Doug angry about the mechanical issue costing him the win. Doug is always so nice and positive and supportive of everyone, it was refreshing to see his competitive side come out. We could tell his fire was lit. Sorry it happened but hold your head up...everyone there knew you were the big dog to beat. It’s easier that a mechanical took you out cause that happens to everyone at some point.
Hate that for you guys, especially Doug. He seemed truly upset. But besides 2JP. Looks like you guys had a great time. Heads up 2JP will only come back faster and stronger like always. Thanks for the awesome content as always boys.

I completely relate to how pissed Doug was. You don't just put your money into a machine. You put your time, effort and pride into your machine. You have that right to be pissed Doug but just don't stay there. Put that pissed into building that bad mammah jammah into more of a monster. You're killin it Doug!!!

Doug, I completely understand your frustrations. While I got your attention, go back to some roots and do some maintenance videos. If its the garage chanel thats fine. I would like to see X3 and Pro XP maintenance. Diffs, clutches, belts, shocks/springs, etc. Thanks and from one Michigander to another, I love what you all do!!
Another great vid guys! Loved watching the drags, but hated seeing Doug so deflated! 2JP is a straight ripper! No doubt would have won if the clutch had held! Those cars were fast and 100 degree heat in those dunes is practically unbearable so you guys are troopers! Glad you had a great time and you made it home safe! Hope Leo is feeling better. With dune sand , you really need a paddle tire with a round crown to dig in. Those track style paddles yall run need a heavier thicker sand/dirt mix. Anyways entertainment was EPiC! Thank you guys for putting these videos out. It's been a real shitty 2 weeks, and it's good to have fun vids to watch. ✌

Love watching you guys but…… 2jp is getting old. It’s like an old sled, ride it… fix it. To much time working on it for the little you enjoy it. Just a fan’s opinion 👍
Would anyone else be interested in seeing them turn down 2jp and making it so they can run it like a sand rail or a regular sxs and seeing them ripping the dunes!
