I have worked with many Serbians and I have the best working relationships with them. I enjoyed the intelligence, sincere, kindness and compassion that they showed. I also did not get any behavior of racism.

I didn't have a problem with his eyebrows. He was/is cute. People who don't travel much or read much, have a problem with geography. He didn't look or sound nervous. My nephew-in-law is Serbian and I realize they are very out spoken. Y'all are beautiful and I pray that God will bless your marriage. Put Him first and it will be. In April 2022, I met my love in Dominican Republic on vacay with my mom. He’s Haitian/Dominican. He was a bar tender at the resort and we exchanged WhatsApp and hung out every night off the resort. Like you I was nervous and I shared my location with my cousins. *I didn’t tell my mom😂* we spoke and FaceTime everyday when I returned to the states. I went back to DR for my bday and spent it with him😍 and grew to love him more. Although my family had mixed emotions on me traveling to visit someone I “barely” knew. So of course I shared my location with my cousins the entire time. Now, I’m going back again for Thanksgiving. Ppl don’t really understand the fate of meeting someone while vacationing and you two just connect on so many different levels. I’m hearing the “he wants a green card” now and I just tone it out. I thank God for WhatsApp and FaceTime so that we can see each other’s face daily. Some family members have stated to do the show 90 Day Fiancé but I’m a private person. I like to see stories like this because I can connect with it on so many levels!! Thank you!!

Great story! Almost like ours! You're absolutely correct, sometimes people don't always understand our reasoning for doing certain things, but that doesn't mean we should automatically discount how we feel and try to please them. I remember my aunt sharing the same sentiments .. "you're dating and going to visit someone you barely know.. " and rolling her eyes! Now she's under our videos here commenting with heart emojiis lol she's in love with our baby and loves Bobi dearly. I do believe you do have to be mindful of greencard seekers because they do exist, but only you know your relationship. If he hasn't given you any reason to believe that he has ulterior motives, then just dwell in the fact that you know it's real and you're enjoying your time together. I'm not sure if I mentioned it in the video, but I did try to feel him out to see if he had ulterior motives.. the fact that he had a way to come to America and work without needing me, the fact that he nor his family asked of anything from me, him not love-bombing me like most seekers do amongst other things, I felt comfortable knowing I was making the right decision. He was also willing to live with me in another country if immigration didn't work out..he wasn't just set on America, but set on me.. that was a tell tale sign. I'm sure you have your witts about you and know what you're doing! Just protect your heart as you would with any relationship and forget about the naysayers! We've met and know quite a few ppl who have marriage greencards w/real relationships. Live your life and do what makes you happy! Love isn't always a straight line or even a story which has been told before. Keep love alive! Keep facetiming and spending all the time you can virtually to get to know one another. I sincerely wish you the best and hope it works out for you guys! Keep us updated! ❤️❤️

Haha! He was serious lol I can remember times where he wouldn’t respond because it made his head hurt trying to think of what to say. Over time, he has gotten considerably better. He won’t stop talking now! People can’t believe he’s only been speaking English for a few years. I’ve received some hate comments about me being rude because I’m correcting him, but this is how he’s learned and improved his English from the beginning. I’m not a perfect speaker by any means, but I try to help him with his grammar and vocab because I don’t want other American people treating him a certain way because he’s not a native speaker. (You know how Americans are to foreigners!)

@@thezivics my husband is dutch and after 16 yrs his English is not perfect but it’s the third language he speaks so I never correct him, I actually find that strange with Americans always wanting non English speaking people to speak English perfectly especially when most Americans only speak English. Congratulations, she is a very beautiful woman! Reminds me of women from Cameroon, that are also really beautiful with wonderful skin tone. Hope she realises that the race thing is not a "thing" in Serbia. And if anyone in Serbia starts to talk about race this and that (and that can only be because of influence of American movies and nonsense) she should tell him that race in Serbia is irrelevant, and that he/she should stop talking.
