Hun, you are doing amazingly well. Remember you are healing and nursing as well as being an awesome new mom. There's no need to do everything at once, let Raf do more. Raf, don't let her do so much on her own. Here are a few tips: 1. Pump while your feeding baby girl and after. This will empty your girls and give Raf a bottle to feed her next feed. This will also reduce the leaking because they are empty. 2. Let Raf feed her more this will help with your rest and give them more bonding time. 3. When you feel engorged use warm then cold compress and pump. Keep fluctuating between warm and cold. You can pump while doing this or after. Hopefully they showed you how to use your fingers to direct your milk from the side of your braest to your nppiles. Because I was surprised to know their was milk almost under my arm. 4. Remember to be patient with each other. There will be times where the tiredness would have you thinking that the other person is getting on your nerves. Stop, breathe, and understand it is the tiredness getting on your nerves, not the other person. Love you guys❤❤❤

Congrats on your beautiful baby girl!Just wanted to share a quick breastfeeding mom tip. You can freeze breast milk so you don't waste any. There are little breast milk zip lock bags where you write the date on the bag and freeze it. You can put the bag in warm water to unthaw or let it unthaw on the counter then pour directly into you babies bottle. It doesn't lose any nutritional value and it's a great way to store your milk. Breast milk is like liquid gold. We don't want to risk having to toss it from being in the fridge too long.

Don’t worry about working out. Enjoy the moment with your baby and get as much rest. It’ll get overwhelming at times and you’re going to get tired and that’s OKAY‼️💯 and he needs to be helping. Don’t feel like you need to be super women. One boob usually has more or sometimes when the baby eats one will be fuller. Just pump as much as you can. I pumped a lot but my daughter never took her bottle so I just stopped and exclusively breastfed. It’s a wonderful journey but it will come like a roller coaster too

That’s a beautiful name. Yessss!! When your boobs engorge, it hurts soooo much!! My mom taught me to put a warm cloth on it and ensure the bottle is covering the nipple because the milk will start spraying/flowing like crazy. Looks like you’re doing a good job at being wifey and mommy.
